Let's help them out

Kitty has been here going on four years now! Yesterday, an older couple came to see her. She absolutely adored them! She laid her head on the man's chest and gave them both several kisses. Unfortunately, they didn't adopt her because of her size and energy. I can understand that. Please, no mean comments.
It was just heartbreaking to see how excited she was. She thought she was going to go home. Poor Kitty....she went back to her kennel and just laid there.
Kitty is a spayed female, Husky Shepherd mix. She is around six years old, housebroken if let out frequently. Kitty loves to play ball, butt scratches, and in the summertime, she likes to play in the pool. The previous owner said she was good with cats. We're unsure about children.
Isn't there anyone who is looking for a companion? With no other dogs? Kitty needs a home! She's such a good loving dog! Please share! Let's find Kitty her new family!

Let’s help this young man out!! 🥰

My name is Mason Green, I go to ACCHS and I was assigned a project for one of our clubs called FBLA, and I am also in a competition to raise awareness. I made it through regionals and now I am going to state in April, if I make it through state I get to go to Orlando Florida for nationals and make it a national movement for animals everywhere! My project is to help the Atchison Humane Society and give awareness to all the animals who shelter there. This design doesn't only show your support for abused or unfortunate animals, but when you buy one a portion goes back to the humane society to help with the cost of everyday necessities like bleach, laundry detergents, food, toys, blankets, etc. This design is available on hoodies, tee, crew necks, and long sleeve. This little lady is quite the gem! Ally is a one year old Schipperke. She loves to be with her people, snuggling and playing with her toys. She seems to do okay with other dogs and cats. She does great going potty outside, but sometimes uses puppy pads. Mostly at night while we are gone for the day. In addition to our rescue efforts, we are strong advocates for spaying and neutering programs. We believe that prevention is key to reducing the number of animals in need. By promoting and supporting spaying and neutering initiatives, we aim to prevent overpopulation and reduce the number of animals that end up in shelters.

We placed 2nd at regionals today in FBLA!!! We are going to state! Continue spreading the word! If we place in state, we are going to Orlando Florida and hopefully make a national movement with the help of Atchison, Ks!!! State is coming up in April and nationals is in June!

This little fellow’s name is Moe. Three years ago people tried for months to capture this little fellow by the Missouri River. He is a very friendly dog and loves company! He has been here for 3 years waiting for his shot to have a loving family! Please Share!!
