BUNdles Bun Employee Mama Rain, has a message for you. Please before getting a rabbit, learn about them. We are always happy to help and encourage you to adopt from rescues like and shelters like .

Mama Rain was abandoned with an injured back foot, two of her toenails were sticking straight up. Shortly after arriving at the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation she gave birth to 8 babies. Krystin fostered Mom and her 8 babies, and Rain became a foster fail. Rain's broken nails fell off, skin healed and the fur grew back in white.

The months following Easter, a majority of rabbits bought as a gift, end up being abandoned, surrendered or don't make it to their first year of life. Buy a chocolate bunny or stuffed bunny for Easter.

Easter month is here and let's all spread the word, this year make my Easter bunny chocolate. Rabbits are bought as a gift without a thought. It is estimated that every 4 out of 5 rabbits bought for Easter are abandoned, surrendered to shelters, or don't make it to their first year.

It's with a heavy heart that Our beloved Rudy has crossed the rainbow bridge. Krystin held him as he crossed the bridge on January 18. He went into stasis and she did all she could, even the vet cleared him to come home. We believe that there waa an underlying condition, that he hid very well. Once home he took his last breaths. Rudy was rescued on January 1st, 2022, where we both volunteered to care for him. Rudy was a shy tiny guy but with Krystin, he would melt in her arms for snuggles and pets. She would actually carry him around and did bunny chores and he would just chill in her arms. Rudy was originally Rudolph and ironically Krystin did name him adding to her bun crew of R names. Rudy was very loved til the end and may his memory live on with our Rudy Fruitti treats that have made so many buns so happy. Binky Free Rudy, we will miss you.

Rabbits are very smart exotic animals that can live cage free in your home, or in an x-pen. They are very clean and can easily be trained to use a litter box!!!

For the many who have had the honor of meeting Phoenix, know how unique and special she is. Phoenix is no longer a foster but a full-time BUNdles employee! Phoenix was rescued and taken under wing. Her journey hasn't been an easy one, and she has been so resilient. Her brother crossed the bridge at 9 weeks old from the severity of his botfly wounds and Phoenix has Cerebellar hypoplasia due to the botfly wounds stunting the growth of her cerebellum. In the beginning, she could only hop in circles, eat with her head straight up, and not much control of how she moves. Eleven months later she has gained more control of her head and body movements and can even hop in a straight line. Phoenix is a dream bun and her special needs quirks makes her even more loveable. Stay tuned as she will have a potential husbun in the near future.

Meet the wonderful adoptable rabbits, dogs, and cats. Enjoy some relaxation and cuteness with puppy yoga sessions with Lauren from Jala Hot Yoga. There will be 3 different sessions, 3:30, 4:30, and 5:30 pm, with the newest rescue puppies!
