“I drive a school bus and have a 6 grader who I would like to talk about.
Last week he was talking about an elderly neighbor not leaving her house for weeks. I tried to explain how hard it could be for her to do things. On Tuesday I pulled up and he wasn't at the stop waiting. I looked over and saw him shoveling her porch. I was early so I waited for him. The other kids asked why I waited. I said anyone helping someone deserves a few extra minutes. All the kids started asking him questions about his neighbor. The next day 7 children got on the bus with blankets, food and cards for the elderly woman. I delivered them after worked. Now everyday she stands on the porch and the whole bus waves good morning. I am so proud of him for stepping up and doing the right thing. He taught all the children something important. I smile with pride in my heart because of the extraordinary children I have on my bus.” ❤

"I have a 13 year old son with autism. He went to summer camp and was bullied. They stole money and a wrist band that allowed him to play paint ball. They called him names said he was dumb and that they would kill his family, that he has no friends and that no one likes him. If you ever meet him you would know he is so sweet.Even though all this happens to him he had a good time. I am asking all my fb friends to share this post and like it to show your support, and that there are people that do like him just the way he is. Thanks in advance for the support." 💕

Borrowed from a friend, but oh, how accurate!
Observation of people who are looking for a new family member in the form of a canine.
I do not understand why most folks are looking for females. They are not the better s*x as a companion in my opinion.
Being in dogs for more than 30 years, I personally find the boys make much better companions. They are more devoted to their humans. They are not any harder to house train than a female, in fact females scent mark just as much as a male. They are just not as obvious about it when they go. Usually it is in the middle of the rug or floor, males are obvious as they lift the let. I actually find a male easy to house train since they are so in tune with pleasing me. And don't take 25 minutes to find just the right spot. LOL. Boys [see tree/bush? use it]
Girls are so emotional and dramatic, even when spayed. They can be very manipulative and snippy as they age. Girls are at my house anyway, they are the noisiest with barking at nothing. They become lazy on house training as they age not to mention the most destructive of the two s*xes.
It is sad that the boys are overlooked because of their s*x for non legitimate reasons. My personal belief is most that call looking for girls are people who want to breed THINKING they will make money off it. HAHA , jokes on them.
In many breeds the population is about 4-1 boys being the higher born than females. So why not have a loving, velcro boy to be devoted to you..
I don't have issues placing my dogs as I am picky and will keep them all until I find the right home for them, Boys and girls alike. I currently have mostly male pups and they are great lil dudes so far.

I am just making an observation looking at the inquires over the years. I hear , "oh girls are better at housebreaking" ~~ Really? "Girls are sweeter" ~~ again Really? It is sad because each dog born into this world is just like a human, they come with their own personality and ideas on how the see the world around them. People should look at the individual not the s*x of the dog.
