We would always encourage visitors to travel by public transport if at all possible as Matlock and the surrounding roads do get very busy over the Christmas Market weekend.

If you are driving then all the Town Centre Car Parks are available as usual, also the Artist Corner Car Park which is situated on the A6 between Matlock & Matlock Bath (just a short walk to Hall Leys Park).

Additionally, the Matlock Bath Car Parks are just over a mile to Hall Leys Park and this is a beautiful walk passing the rugged High Tor Cliffs.
