When Travis met Mabel 😍

Little Travis started his walks with us this week and who better to welcome him than our very own Mabel 🐶

Did you know that puppies have a critical time period for socialisation which is from 3 to 16 weeks of age? This means that during this time it is especially important to make sure they are getting out and about and experiencing lots of different things. It's even more important to make sure these experiences are positive and the puppy feels happy and safe ❤️

We're looking forward to introducing Travis to many more friends in the future!

A nice stroll around the park for Klauski today 🌳🐿️

He's coming on leaps and bounds with his lead walking, he loves having Mabel there to keep him company. We're hoping to introduce him to lots more friends in the future 💕

We take pride in being able to offer our clients catered help for their dogs. Klauski is a big lad with big feelings about the outside world, he takes a minute to settle on the walk but once he does he loves taking it all in and meeting other dogs and people along the way.

We love being there to help Klauski figure things out -seeing the difference in him is so lovely!

We are passionate about giving all dogs a voice and advocating for their individual needs 💜

Often when we're out and about, we see older dogs struggling to keep up on their walks, and as humans it's easy to become frustrated and label them as "stubborn" or "disobedient", when there could in fact be lots more going on!

Dogs hide pain incredibly well and will continue on their long walks even if they're struggling, only when the pain is too much will the signs become obvious 💔

This means we have to get to know the subtle signs of discomfort so you can notice straight away when something is wrong.

Osteoarthritis is incredibly common and affects 80% of dogs over the age of 8. Getting to know your dogs pain signals could not only improve their quality of life and save them from discomfort but may also give you many more years with your friend 🐶

As guardians, let's learn more about what Arthritis is, how to identify it and how to help our older dogs and live comfortable, pain free lives.

Introducing handsome Klauski 😍

Klauski has recently joined the Amble and Bounce crew after thankfully being saved by his lovely mums hours before the XL Bully Ban came into action. He has an absolutely gorgeous temperament and loves to be outside exploring 🐾

Klauski spent a lot of time off-lead with his previous owners, and is a very powerful boy who although a gentle giant, doesn't know his own size and strength!

As the new legislation requires him to be on lead at all times, we're working with him to improve his lead skills, as well as practice focus on his humans to handle busy environments.

This lovely XL boy has joined the crew for freedom walks! He's a gorgeous lad, who has had a bit of a rough start and fell victim to the harsh XL bully legislation 😥 Dre is a little shy initially but has come round with lots of tasty treats 🐶

Introducing Lulu 🐕

Lulu is a gorgeous saluki mix who was roaming the streets of Quatar until her lovely mum saved her! She's had a big journey back the UK very recently and she's doing a smashing job at finding her feet. She's had a warm welcome from us here at Amble and Bounce, and although a bit shy we know she is going to love our adventures together!🐾

💜 Another pop-up! 💜

We're super excited to announce that we have another pop-up stall location next month in Crosby for Bluebells Artisan Market! Come on down and have a chat with us about what we offer at , as well as what we are about and how to get yourselves booked in to one of our services! 🐾

Introducing Flynn (or Flynny 🥰) a member of the Amble and Bounce crew.

Flynn was adopted from a rescue after having an unsettled start, sadly being passed from home to home. Due to this, he can be quite a nervous lad when he's out and about and will often stop walking.

We've helped his mum work on this and since we've known him, Flynn's confidence has grown and he now enjoys his walks more and more every day. He now even gets excited when his harness comes out 🥰

He also loves going out with other dogs, including our very own Mabel, who helps him relax and explore his surroundings 🐾🐾
