A couple of months ago, I was approached and asked if I could make a small donation to an area elementary school because they are raising money for a new playground!

A few weeks ago we got to go see our favorite college kids at McDaniel College!!!
We had such a great time and met so many awesome students! 🏫👩‍🏫

And best of all, "Ryan" got to make his big debut!!! 🦆 (Facebook doesn't have a goose emotional 🫣)

Some photography students opted to come out and have a free style photo session with the animals and I am in love with these pictures!!! (So much talent!) 📷 peep some of the pictures below!

It was a beautiful Sunday to get caught up on some way over due bunny snuggles out in the sunshine!

I think I have finally gotten back to everyone who has emailed or messaged us! If somehow I missed you, I am very sorry but please reach out again. I have been trying to keep up with correspondence, but it can be very difficult for me.

We are looking forward to a wonderful 2024 event season!

Some new points from me :)

⭐️Remember as always to be patient with me while I am getting back to you! I am a "one man show" I have a farm to maintain, a family, and a full time job.

⭐️I am so grateful for your interest in my animals and I coming out to your event, I am not the greatest at the behind the scenes work... so if you haven't heard back from me, feel free to shoot me another message! I truly appreciate your patience!

⭐️We are all struggling financially, I have decided to keep proces the same for 2024 as they were in 2023. I hope this helps my wonderful clients!

⭐️With the prices remaining the same as last year, some of the packages may have a slightly variance... we will not be having any home bred baby animals this year... there may be new additions, but I don't want to make any promises.

I for one cannot wait for spring! This warm weather is gearing me up!

Well, this is awkward... yes, I've been completely MIA... BUT I am still here and ready to get back to work!

I had planned on decreasing work for the month of June, but little did I know that I NEEDED to take the whole month! We did do a couple of small events, but that was all I could handle mentally.

I know that going MIA is NOT the way to handle a small business, so
All I can say is...
THANK YOU and I AM SO SORRY!!!

This past month has been a whirlwind and now I am completely humbled because i am swamped with emails and messages and texts from all of you requesting invoices and reservations and I am very slowly getting back into the groove of it all.

So if you haven't heard back from me, please know that I am trying my best to make sure I get back to you as quickly as I can!

I just could not believe all of the families from Elmer Wolfe Elementary that came out last Thursday evening to read to animals!!

Haven't posted a Meet Us Monday in a couple of weeks, but this week I'd like to introduce you to our mini Lop bunnies!

A lot of times we acquire animals as owner surrenders or animals from a situation where they cant be taken care of properly. It is not often that we purchase animals from a breeder, just because so many need homes but we did purchase these ladies last year from a friend!

We'd like to introduce you to Georgia and Camo, our mini Lop bunnies.
They are sisters out of the same litter with 2 completely different personalities! Georgia is the more brown bunny and loves to be held and pet, she is such a sweetheart! While Camo is a little more skittish. She doesn't really mind people, but she very strongly dislikes being picked up! Camo is the more gray bunny.

Happy Mother's Day to all the Momma's out there!!!

Being a mom is 100% my #1 priority and I am so thankful for all of my clients that understand that and are willing to work around my kiddos' busy schedules!

From 4-H activities to cow shows, they take up a lot of weekend time, which can interfere with birthday parties especially! You all have been so understanding of this and I am so very grateful!

"This is the best day ever!!" Seemed to be the popular opinion of the Watershed Public Charter School on Monday when we visited for their Earth Day Celebration and to celebrate the school being nationally recognized as a Green Ribbon School!

All of the students and staff that attend the school in Baltimore County were beyond themselves to see all the animals and I really hope they learned a little something too 🤩

Last week our final ewe, "May" gave birth to this beautiful little girl that we have named "Penny".

Meet Us Monday!

We had the pleasure of working with Ashley Marie Photography last week for an adorable little boy turning 2 that LOVES cows!!!

So Ashley was sweet enough to surprise me with a couple shots of our girl "Salty" while we were there!

"Salty" is a 2 month old black and white Holstein that we acquired for this year's events and she is just too adorable!

Monday we visited McDaniel College students again which is ALWAYS a great time!

I love getting to catch up with students I've met in the past and meeting new students that have never had the experience of being close to farm animals before.

I've been slacking this week! Boy have we been busy!!!

April 2nd we had ✌️events and thanks to Mt hubby and wonderful friends (and our wonderful critters!) We were able to pull both of them off and bring smiles to SO MANY faces!!

It's time for another Meet Us Monday!!!

Cinderella is FINALLY able to be comfortable after giving birth to THREE beautiful babies yesterday morning!!!!

This was THE BEST Easter surprise!!! Our Easter plans got all mixed up because of it, but we are so thankful that mom and babies are doing great! Sometimes it can be hard to keep plans when you have animals that depend on you, but we are so grateful for our family and friends and community that understand our passion!

Wer don't have concrete names yet, but definitely thinking Disney themed since Mom's name is Cinderella. The little white one is a girl and the two brown babies are boys 🥰

Meet Us Monday Post!

This is Cannoli! He is ALWAYS a crowd favorite because of his large size and us full of personality!
Cannoli is a French Lop which is considered a "giant rabbit breed".

We brought Cannoli home in June 2019 when he was about 4 weeks old due to him being in a bad situation, his bunny mom was not taking care of Cannoli and the other "kits" (that's what baby bunnies are called) in the litter so they were all starving to death. So the woman that had him called me and said, I don't know if this baby is going to make it, but you can come get it and bottle feed it if you want!

You can see the progression of his growth in the pictures below. He was so tiny he could fit in the palm of my hand, now... he definitely cannot 🤣

This picture does not even begin to show off the size of my sweet Cinderella's belly!

She is literally due ANYTIME and we are just hoping and praying for a quick and safe delivery of her babies AND that we can be there to welcome these little lambs into the world!

She is showing all the signs, she has begun to decrease the amount of food she is eating, she is "bagging up" (her udder is filling with milk to prepare for the littles!), and she has really slowed down on her activity.

Any guesses on when she will Lamb and how many are in there?

We had the honor of being part of a really great cause in the month of February by donating a package to the Tanner's Touch Foundation Casino Night!

Congratulations to Terri Phillips who was the highest bidder! We can't wait to come to your event!

If you don't already know what Tanner's Touch is, I encourage you to check it out! Tanner is a survivor of childhood cancer and each year his family raises money for other children and their family that are currently battling childhood cancer.

I couldn't even begin to understand what these families are going through, so I just needed to help in some way. I am looking forward to participating in more events like this one in the future!

Meet Us Monday!!!

Sorry about missing last week, we have been busy busy!

Since he was featured in the last Meet Us Monday picture, we might as well start with our boy Wrangler!

Wrangler is our 10 year old red and white Border Collie. Wrangler loves helping around the farm, but his all time favorite animal is our ducks! Wrangler isn't featured in our actual "package list" but he loves to tag along whenever he can!

From young children to the young at heart, he is a favorite by all who meet him ❤️
