To all of our friends who are Mothers, Grandmothers, Stepmothers, Godmothers, Pet foster mothers, Mothers To Be , Mothers of a Pet, Mothers no longer with us but always in our hearts, or are a Mother figure to someone, HAPPY MOTHERS DAY.

Here at ARC we are surrounded by some pretty bad@ss lady volunteers that get stuff done! We can thank you but the real thank you's come those that have no voices they've rescued over the years 🐶🐱
Make sure you give the women in your life a high five today and a little extra appreciation. May we raise strong women and may we be them, just like our great role models here ❤

Happy Holiday’s from Animal Rescue Coalitions, we would like to thank all of our supporters, our volunteers, our fosters, our donors, our adpoters our vets and everyone who made this such a successful year. These two little cuties are looking for their forever home. 12 year Shiztus. Dexter (the tan one) and Lucy (all black) are super sweet loving pups. Sleeping on the bed is a must. They love going to the beach. They do well with cats. But like to boss the kitties around at times. They do well with other dogs. Their ideal home would be with someone retired or work from home. They love kisses, snuggles and treats. Both are up to date and have been spayed and neutered. Recent dental and a great bill of health.

Happy National Dog Day

A reminder
🌊 Beach days can be dangerous… but not in the way you might think.
If your dog loves chasing waves, drinking saltwater, or playing fetch in the ocean—they’re at risk of water intoxication.
💧What is it?
When dogs swallow too much water (especially saltwater), it can throw off their sodium levels. This causes cells to swell—including in the brain. It can lead to vomiting, weakness, confusion, seizures, or worse.
👀 Watch for signs after beach play:
• Lethargy or wobbliness
• Bloating or vomiting
• Glazed eyes or drooling
🐾 Limit water play time, offer fresh water breaks, and never let them gulp saltwater. If something seems off—call your vet immediately.

With thanks to the dedicated volunteers(app's/contracts etc), fosters, adopters, vets, fundraising team, supporters and surrenders who trusted us , at the ARC house we have rescued a "few" through our 30 plus years, you ALL made this happen, we thank you. looking foster for 2 Bonded 12 year old shih tzus , groomer says they are a young 12. They are sweet. . The black one is Lucy and just loves to be fussed over. Dexter is good but will snap during grooming and has ear infections but other than that. Older childern only

When ARC is fundraising, it will always be announced on this page before the event. You will always see our banner and business card as well as info about adoptables and team at the location
