‼️Important Update: cancellation & No Call/No Show and Late Policy‼️

Cancellation Policies: we ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice before your scheduled appointment time. We understand that things happen at the last minute that may prevent you from making it to your appointment. Please feel free to call us to re-schedule or cancel any appointment. No show appointments & appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will incur in a fee.

Late arrivals: Please call us if you know that you are going to be late for your appointment. We will do everything we can to still be able to give you the service you have booked, however if you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to complete your service and still be on time for our next Pet. If so we will need to reschedule your appointment and it will be considered a late-cancel and subject to cancellation fees.
