Remember the couple of videos I shared of the vixen and cubs living in my garden?
Look how big they are now, this is "Arnie" the biggest of them all, the same size as mum now.
Mum has been leaving them for the odd day or two but hasn't been seen for a few days now which seems a bit early.
Arnie would fight her for food and not let her eat so perhaps she s left them to it.
Look at these naughty babes🦊❤️
Yes......these are the ones in my previous videos........
🦊 My little fox family
Update no.3
🦊🦊 just to clarify ( I did post this on the previous 2 videos......)
This is a secure fenced off area at the end of my garden, done several years ago to stop my dogs getting stuck behind the sheds. There is no access to get into to " tidy it up"
They are fine .
I posted two videos the last few weeks of my little fox family living under the shed( well actually mum has 3 dens under 2 sheds)
Look how big and healthy the cubs are, about 2/3 the size of mum already the next stage will see them shooting up taller , as if on stilts then theyl fill out.
Pecking order has been established and mayhem ensues all through the night when they venture into the garden digging up pots and running off with my camera😄
If you turn the volume up your can hear her calling them
On 3rd April I posted a little video of my foxy family born and being raised in my garden.
Thought you may like an updated video.
Taken today a mere two weeks later look how they've grown. Their little button noses have now grown into proper little foxy ones🦊
For anyone not lucky enough to see cubs up close..... these are in my garden 🦊 waiting for mum to bring back dinner ( she s only got to go to the shed roof)🦊 so precious
The den is actually there, under the shed so I see them every day, as often as I like😍

Willow returning home 🦊🧡
Willow is back home 🦊🧡
He was caught by our wonderful volunteers Susann and Conchi just before his sibling, who unfortunately did not make it 🥺💔. He’s now back in his old "playground“. Hopefully he’ll reunite with his parents and any other siblings that are left. Dispersal time is looming so good luck little boy 🦊🧡
Thank you to Kent wildlife rescue service for taking him in and getting him back to health as his mange and chest were in a terrible way, to Paul Elliott for driving him to KWRS back when he was trapped and also getting him back home last night.
Another happy ending 🦊🧡
Ronnie's release home 19/08/2022
Go Ronnie Go Go
Go Ronnie Go Go
Go Ronnie Go Go
Ronnie Be Good
Rocket Ronnie is back home where he belongs 🦊🧡
On the 8th July Dave caught Ronnie in Essex, he was reported to us by a lady called Jan who had seen Ronnie on her Wildlfe camera dragging his rear legs along the ground.
After 5-6 weeks of rehab, excercises, care and great food with Dave who has done fantastic with little Ronnie he was finally given the all clear and ready to be released home. Dave actually wanted to release Ronnie after 4 weeks as he has been an absolute fighter and was fit enough then, due to the extreme hot weather it was decided to wait so that he didn't have to battle the heat on his return.
We would like to share the release video from last night with you so you can see how well Ronnie looks and how far he has come 🦊🧡
Good luck little Ronnie on your next journey in life 🤞 stay safe and stay out of trouble, Dave is certainly going to miss you.
Another happy ending 😊
I don’t know if you all remember Patrick. He was in for a while due to a bone infection.
Jurgen released him and as you can see he’s very glad to have his home and freedom back ! Stay safe Patrick ❤️🦊
Mum watching over her cub 🦊🧡
Cub Season is here 🦊🧡
As we all know Cub season is well and truly upon us, some are gradually finding their feet now and becoming their own, picking up their little personalities as they go. Some on the other hand are a little younger and still heavily reliant on mum or dad sometimes even their adopted aunties are helping out. You may have seen your little bundles of joy bouncing around in the garden or feeding off mum in the sun. Keep them healthy and safe as they have a lot to learn as they go and so do we.
🔴 If you find an abandoned Cub and no sign of mum, please don't panic. The first thing you should do is double/triple check as mum may be near somewhere and she has seen you but she's thinking "please go inside so I can get my little one" watch for a few minutes see if mum returns for her beautiful baby. If not then you can help. If you have a low sided box or any box that you could line with blankets please put some gloves on and place the Cub gently into the box and again monitor from a distance or inside your house to see if mum does return. Normally mum won't wait long to collect her cubs but on some occasions she may be out collecting food or moving her other cubs to a safe location. If an hour or so have passed and still no sign of mum returning for the cub, please contact your local wildlife/Fox rescue who can offer help and support and arrange for the cub to be collected. The rescuers may need to check the area before they leave to see if they can find any other cubs, a den or any sign of what may have happened to mum. If when the rescuers have been and you see mum return please alert the rescue as the cub may be able to returned. Cubs will normally call for their mum when they are hungry so please don't feed the cub as if it's belly is full it will have no need to call for mum, just leave water and no milk.
🔴 Sick or Injured Cubs - if you find a sick or injured Cub please act fast as timing is everything. Firstly check for mum, if she is
Rusty hide and seek 🦊🧡
The motto of Foxangels Foundation has always been to save every Fox that needs our help, never give up and rehabilitate wherever we can, this Motto will never change and is very appropriate to this post which is about Rusty.
Rescued by 2 of our amazing volunteers in Eastbourne it was originally thought to be a sprain but slowly turned into something alot more sinister after x-rays showed that Rusty had a old brake on his elbow on one of his front legs that had healed on it's own and had set at an awkward angle which caused him to always walk with a limp, he had a noticeable sluggish movement caused but the discomfort of the way the leg had healed. We can't even begin to imagine the pain he must of been in for months as it healed. This is why ourselves and Lorraine at Kent wildlife rescue service who are kindly providing Rusty's Rehab agreed to see what we could do to give Rusty a better form of mobility as at the moment he has only 20% movement on the the leg and is very restricted.
Rusty was seen yesterday by a specialist orthopaedic vet who has said that an operation is required which would mean re breaking the leg and re setting it with possible pins placed in the leg for support and strength. He will also require a further lenghty period of time in rehab and depending on how the operation goes we may have to look for a sanctuary for him as he may never be strong enough to be a wild Fox again but we are hoping he will be able to live among other Foxes at a wonderful sanctuary. Of course we want the absolute best for Rusty and with the operation his mobility will be restored to at least 80% movement so he would be his old self again which would be fantastic 🦊🧡
Here's where our supporters come in as we are putting out a heartfelt request for any help and support towards the operation. We have been quoted £1500-£2000 for the whole procedure and there is no question we will pay but being a non profit organisation we rely heavily on your support and donati
Baxter our very mangy fox recovered so well that he was able to go home tonight. Huge thank you to Jurgen and Emily who rescued him. He has a lovely lady who will continue to feed him and look out for him. Stay safe Baxter, we miss you already ! 🦊❤️
The story of Peter No-Tail from Peckham.
As promised an update on the beautiful little fox one of our kind fox angels, 'Susan' rescued from Peckham, London.
Peter no-tail had quite the horrific plight, he suffered from Hypothermia and also a horrific tail injury that needed amputation which was done as an urgent case.
Peter no-tail continues to receive expert care in the kind hands of Kent Wildlife Rescues Clinic. He is doing well, but it is still such a long road to recovery. Please keep him in your thoughts!
We are all volunteers working hard to relieve the suffering of foxes in greatest distress and cover all medical fees for them too - so would be entirely grateful to any donation towards the foxes that we rescue and find suitable rehabilitation placements for, thank you 🙏
Strawberry 7/11/2021
Happy Sunday everyone 🦊
We had an update on Strawberry the little lady that was too tame for the wild and was bullied and attacked by other local foxes and turned to humans for help.
She has gone from being that shy little Fox who would hide under the ladies garden table all day on her own to now being full of life and has even made a new friend a little Vixen at the sanctuary she now lives at 🦊🧡
This was not a big or tricky rescue like some but this was a rescue that needed to happen before little strawberry was seriously hurt and went downhill. We got her fast and now she is blossoming and growing into her true Foxy self.
We are truly happy for Strawberry 🍓 she is going to have a happy future ahead of her 😊 good luck Strawberry
Teddy's rescue today
Please meet little Teddy 🦊
This poorly little boy was rescued today after a lady working at a care home in Essex contacted Fox Angels as she was concerned about the Mange on his face and his general health.
Our wonderful Volunteer Carly went straight to Essex but over a few days had no joy catching the little one. Carly took a trap there this morning after she collected it from another rescue in Folkestone yesterday and set it with some lovely treats that it seems were just too much for Teddy to resist and with help from the Lady at the care home, within 10 minutes Teddy was in the trap and what a relief it was 😊
Left without help Teddy would of deteriorated quickly. As you can see he has Mange on his face, his eyes are infected with conjunctivitus and is crawling with fleas but tonight Teddy will sleep well in his new Lodgings at Kent wildlife rescue service we work closely with this fantastic rescue so Teddy is now definitely in the right place and will get great care to bring him back to full health so he can return home 🦊
Get well soon little Teddy xx
If you would like to donate to Fox Angels to help us rescue many more beautiful Foxes please see the link below, we also have an Amazon wishlist if you would like to purchase items from there we would really appreciate your donations no matter how small or big they are 🦊
