First day back to work blues?!!! Not if you are a dog walker that has been allowed to smoosh a brand new dog you can pretend is yours!!
Everyone say hello to Kiara who is a very lucky rescue pup who’s been adopted by and will be joining our squad walks as soon as she’s old enough 🥰🥰🐾
Losing Nala from the team last year was very hard and although she will never be replaced, i can’t wait to have a white cloud walking with us again and i know Nala has sent this little bear to make us all smile after losing her ❤️🐾
I’ve also decided if everyone can adopt a rescue pup or dog over christmas next year it would really make my first day back the best in january 😂😂

I’ve eaten way too much, i’ve been in a lovely warm house all christmas using all my christmas treats from hound club doggos, i’ve not got a speck of mud on me and i can feel every finger on my hands…
TIME TO CHANGE THAT 😩😂😂🐾🥳
BACK TO SCHOOL DOGGOS!!! Tomorrow looks beautifully freezing 🥶🥶 and my van is helpfully in for a service just for the day so we will be in the car for one day only but towels, blankets and the warm wash will be with us along with the heaters on full 😂😂
If the key boxes haven’t been used much over christmas can owners just check they aren’t iced over and any coats left out ready for a potential snow day☃️❄️😂
Walks may be shorter if the weather is dreadful, and i fear my over eating at christmas may slow us all down until it’s been walked off so if the dogs tell you they’ve got a slower walker i blame the cheese and biscuits 😂😂

Thats it for 2024, the Big paw himself has spoken and all the Houndclub doggos are officially on the good list so should be expecting lots of goodies over Christmas, everyone’s certificates should have been delivered and would be great to see photos of the doggos with them😊😂🎄🐾🎅🏻
Thankyou so much to all the amazing houndclub doggos for the gifts you’ve been out getting me, you are very clever doggos and it’s really really appreciated.
The last few months have been particularly tough weather wise so i am looking forward to being indoors and in my pjs over the break 😊😂

As any one that follows this page will know im a sucker for an animal in need and sadly another pup has found themselves abandoned and alone so i couldn’t really refuse them a bed at the inn at xmas?! 🤷🏻‍♀️🎄🎅🏻😂
Tiny tim is only around 3 weeks old judging by his lack of any teeth but his eyes are open and he has a front limb issue that may be a birth defect but doesn’t stop him getting around but he will be checked by the orthopaedic specialist next week
Whoever dumped him i hope you have a lovely christmas filled with holiday colds or flu and im sure santa will add you to the appropriate list 🤬

Houndclub Howloween 2024🎃👻😂😂 The last couple of days the Houndclub doggos have been busy getting in the seasonal spooky spirit 😂 As always any dog not happy to stand and pose doesn’t get forced to and pups/nervy dogs or ones easily offended don’t get made to take part either 😊 However… flat faces and Stanley the beagle have the same face in or out of a costume 😂😂 It’s officially halloween today but don’t worry doggos that are on walks tomorrow.. the howloween week doesn’t stop till friday😂 The witches wig hasn’t faired well after being ran around the paddock in the mouth of an over excited labrador so we might have to update that one for 2025 😂😂 #howloween #dogwalker #autumnfun

A whole year of a Pretzel Puppy 🥳🥳🥳 It’s his official birthday today and so as instagram won’t let me post a video reel for some reason tonight a photo medley will have to do instead until i can post a video 😂😂 When this little day old cleft palate puppy arrived i wasn’t sure we’d ever get here and he definitely hasn’t been the easiest pup i’ve ever handreared but with everyone’s so generous help with his raffle we got him to surgery size, got him through surgery and he is now thriving… stretching but thriving 😂😂 He is soon getting an xray on his hips as he has some issues there but whatever comes along he’ll carry on being happy go lucky Pretzel i’m sure 😊 Happy year day Pretzel, please stop growing now as there’s no room in the van 😂😂

The most determined gerbil you ever did see 🥰🥰😭 Violet had a check up at the ralph referral centre today and they are really pleased with her progress post spinal surgery 🤞🏻🤞🏻😊 She’s strong enough and gaining enough muscle and leg movement to start using a band to support her walks alongside her wheels, and can start hydrotherapy to continue to encourage her legs to remember what to do 😊 There’s a long way to go but Violet is trying so hard and she will get whatever she needs in her rehab journey 😊😊 #spinalrecovery #puppyrehab #wekeepgoing

Hound Club History

Hound Club is a place for dogs of all shapes, sizes and personalities to play, have fun and burn off energy. Having worked in the animal industry for over 20years I am experienced with not only the basic care of dogs, but have the welfare, legislation and behaviour knowledge that is vital to ensuring you can be confident your pet is in good hands while in my care.

Hound club has been created as so many people kept telling me dogs were lucky to find me and my group of dogs and friends I nicknamed hound club, when in reality its me that's lucky finding all the wonderful dogs I meet- so here is the start of the official hound club page!

I have an absolute passion for rescue, and always normally have a foster dog who can join the hound club experience and get the benefits for socialising, developing confidence and making canine friends in the process. If you have a nervous rescue or unsocialised dog please get in touch- helping rescue dogs is my speciality! Hound club has helped so many dogs I have fostered and I would love it to benefit your dogs too.

I studied Animal Behaviour and Welfare at University and have completed many canine related qualifications in Canine Behaviour, Dog grooming, Pet First Aid, Dog Walking, Microchipping and have worked in wildlife rescues, zoos and kennels so am confident pet sitting most species! If you have specialist pets that need looking after in your home please get in touch!
