This Giving Tuesday, we are asking for your support ❤️ we are doing holiday sponsorship and are hoping to find 100 sponsors for kitties in our care.

Pictured here is Edgar! He came to us from a local shelter needing a leg amputation. He is a sweet, affectionate boy with huge cheeks, a cute stubby tail, and a big personality - all on 3 legs! He is now available for adoption at the Lazy Cat Lounge. Please consider sponsoring Edgar!

For a donation of $20 or more, you will receive a handwritten card with a photo of the kitty you sponsored. Donations from this fundraiser help with vet bills for our cats in foster care.

Pictured here is Pineapple and the transformation she has had under our care. She came to our rescue from the euthanasia list on the day she was scheduled to die. She had calicivirus and had come from a hoarding situation with many other cats. It look a long time to get her healthy and she's nearly ready for adoption. Black Friday may have come and went but we had a few last minute requests for features that we couldn't turn down!

This is Leona, a small, long-haired adult lady with a heart full of purrs and a soft spot for affection. She’s a little shy at first — but once she trusts you, she becomes chatty, loving, and won’t hesitate to ask for pets. ❤️

Foster Feature, adopt Petal!!

Petal is a 1 year old little lady, all black, with a tipped ear. Pretty shy at first, she loves being petted once she warms up! Slow to warm up to other cats but does well and will play after she settles. No known dog experience. Available for adoption through My New Cat Rescue!

Trapped in Delphi as a kitten, Petal spent time with a couple different fosters before landing with me. I had been told that she did great while kenneled with her previous foster, but regressed when she was allowed to roam the house. Knowing this, I started her off in a large kennel, gaining her trust before allowing her supervised time to explore the closed foster room. I blocked off hidey-holes the first few times I let her explore and now she’s able to stay out unsupervised!

Sometimes still a tad skittish, Petal loves deeply and shows it. She enjoys wet food, lickable treats, and catnip toys. When she’s happy, she likes to roll around and wiggle across the floor! If I’m not petting her enough, she stands on my knee to headbutt my face. With an patient owner, I believe she will continue to blossom 🌸
