Stray animals are often most seen as a nuisance, and it is not their fault, and because of these they are being neglected by the many and experiences animal abuse.

Animals are not just an animal. They need to satisfy their hunger when they are starving, they need to have a shelter or a place they could also call home when they are feeling cold, animals is a living being, they have lives and they are also trying to survive by any means.

By this, we are encouraging everyone to make a change on their view that "animals are just animal", we must educate ourselves especially about issues like this.

HURTING ANIMALS IS AN ACT OF ABUSE.

According to Republic Act 10631 – Philippine Animal Welfare Act of 2013,

8485, otherwise known as “The Animal Welfare Act of 1998”. This animal welfare law strengthens the Animal Welfare Act of 1998 by providing stricter penalties for animal cruelty. It includes higher fines and longer imprisonment terms for offenders.

As the rate of stray animals around the world keeps on increasing, then maybe it's about time that we show affection and care to these little ones.

Surely, if they just live by the street or somewhere around every corner of the world, then for sure they are starving and struggling to live on their own.

Just like us, humans, these little ones also needs to be nurtured and feel loved.

Here are some tips or the very least you can do to help the stray animals. Let's be the one to make a change for them!

Our page "Stray To Stay: Fur-ever Homes" is a page where animals we see in the street, the stray animals, will be taken care of with the help of our team and your support!

🐱: 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘤𝘺?

Our advocacy talks about the stray pets/animals. The main goal of this advocacy is to help the animals have shelter, fed with food and other necessities an animal must have and need.

This includes raising awareness about the issue, promoting responsible pet ownership, supporting local shelters and rescue organizations, and encouraging spaying/neutering programs.

Sharing success stories, educating communities on humane treatment, and collaborating with local authorities can also contribute to a positive change, as change must start with the capable, we the humans must take action!

Just like any living organisms, animals do also have their rights for a shelter, food and most especially the right to live.

🐶: 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘤𝘺 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺?

The animals we see in the streets are sometimes seen as nuisance by most of the people in a community, but it isn't the animal's fault.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) estimates there are nearly 200 million stray dogs worldwide and an even higher number of stray cats. These animals are part of the daily reality on the streets in different countries.

Our advocacy can help the community by reducing, decreasing or minimizing the numbers of stray animals in the community ;

The "Stray to Stay: Fur-ever Homes" will provide and cater the animal's needs, giving them full guidance and assistance and help them by all means.

🐰: 𝘞𝘩𝘰 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘣𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘤𝘺?

The community and the people who wants to be a pet owner and be a fur parent, this will also give the opportunity for the pets to find their guardian. A win-win situation!

This will also help decrease the rate of the stray animals in the country or even animals around the world, contributing and participating to this kind of action is a big help not only for the community but also for the livings.

The hindrances we might face in helping stray pets include limited resources for rescue efforts, challenges in finding suitable homes, resistance or lack of awareness in communities, and sometimes legal constraints related to animal welfare.
