At BAR UC Cattle Co., we take pride in giving the best of care to our livestock. We are a one farm operation, raising your beef from birth to butcher on native grass pasture. We do not vaccinate, administer antibiotics, growth hormones or chemical pesticides to our beef cattle. What results is our signature Red Velvet beef.
