First tarp down with the storm. Make shift hay feeder for the boys put in the shed. But they were insisting on the regular hay feeder so I fixed it back up. Luckily the grommets were not torn and i had extra ball bungie cords. All done under a light drizzle. Success.
Other than being wet, like it never happened, lol

Wow another beautiful rainbow tonight after our rainy afternoon/evening. Never gets old.
There it is and very faintly a double. Simply beautiful after the rain.
And forgot to post Sunday’s rainbow.
So excited that after all the loud thunder we gave this beautiful rainbow to look at.
Love it when rain gives us rainbows. Glad I got to see it. And p**f it’s gone.

Doeling Pepper goes to her new home tomorrow. She is going to a great home with Michelle and to be with the rest of the herd of Nigerians. The first of the babies to leave.
These twin doelings are a month old now. They have been playing during the day with the 2 month old babies with mommas and exhausted at the end of the day. So sweet. Meet Ruby (dark) and rose (light).
I am bad about just putting my hand on a bunch of weeds and pulling. Luckily today this rat snake was out in the open. He has been around this area for years. He does his thing and usually our paths don’t cross. Got him freed and took off like a rocket. Not weeding right now until he’s gone. All Gods creatures.

And then there were 3 more. Lillie had her babies today. 2 girls and a boy.
Carmel blessed us with twin girls this afternoon. Very exciting.
Surprise when I came out this morning. Sophia had her babies all cleaned up and nursing. The white one a girl and black one a boy. First boy of the season.

Guess who kidded today? Raine was first with twin girls and Belle with a single girl.
Four of the seven girls are very close to kidding. Hopefull for the full moon this weekend.
It’s a quiet day. Both biscuit and Betty enjoying the weather.
Looks like Ruby is laying eggs. Won’t be able to tell until she moves but hopefull. Spring is here with little bits of cold.
Laying landscape cloth inside the patio and Ruby is trying to help…not. Have moved her several times and she keeps coming back.
Looks like kidding season is about to begin. Maycee is bagging up which means her milk is coming in. Hopefully she will wait a couple weeks to get the pens ready.
Heard this grunting sound and went to check. No privacy on the farm.
