The Triple H - Equine Therapy The Triple H stands for two different things.
1. Humans Healing Horses
2. Horses Healing Humans
No matter what way you look at it. It is always triple H.

This page/website is primarily for horses as they have played a major part in my life. Though that is the case I do work with other animals as well. Your horse has the healing abilities to heal you. Horses have a way of making us feel undeniably happy. They are taking the blocked parts of our being and releasing them.

Consider adding about 15 grams of salt per 250 kg of your horse’s body weight to their ration everyday. While sodium and chloride are both added to commercial feeds to help meet requirements and aid in palatability the amounts may not be enough to meet daily needs especially in working horses. Therefore the best practice is to insure a supplemental source.

I had completely forgotten I had taken this photo. This was 12 months ago. I didn't know that it was the start of a major emotional shift for my mare. There was an intense 5 months where she let a lot of her emotional trauma go. We are still picking at what is left but it isn't as hard for her to relax. The beauty of what I do is that I don't only work on the physical ailments to heal them but I work with the emotional body. Horses hate holding on to what doesn't serve them. My mare is certainly getting better and quicker at letting it go!

'Before you heal the body, you must first heal the mind. - Aristotle'

This is as true for horses as it is for people. Not everything can be fixed with physical therapy. While I am learning new techniques, I still prefer putting my own spin on it. The amount of pressure I use depends on what I am treating. I will either be hands on or not using touch at all. I generally start off without touching, then work my way up to touch. I can get the exact same results either way as it is my intention to heal and remove blocks and/or tension. Horses unlike people hate holding onto stuff. If they can't clear it for themselves, it is my job to help them shift it enough so they can release it themselves. I make them face the pain so they can let it go.

I know it has been a while since I have posted. I am currently learning basic muscle massage. Though Reiki helps with healing on a non-physical, not everyone can see the benefits of Reiki straight away. I will be able to offer massage while doing a Reiki healing on horses. You'll be able to see results quicker while the Reiki gets to work behind the scenes. I have been working on my horses for nearly 3 years with Reiki. Horses hate holding on to stuff (unlike us, we seem to hold onto things that hurt us) so when they are in a bad situation or get injured, it gets stored. They can't be truly themselves until they have let go of everything. Like us horses do suffer emotional trauma and spiritual trauma, my mare has both that I am working with her to clear. It is no easy task but she has to clear it to become her true self.

Welcome new followers!

I am located at Toogoolawah, QLD, 4313 and I do travel up to 2-3 hours from there.

Key points of what I do:
-Balance the 8 Main Chakras
-Help horses with psychological issues
-General healing of the body
-Relaxation
-Work alongside other therapies to help aid the recovery process
-Balance the hormones in mares
-Clearing any/all blockages caused by grief/abuse/neglect/etc

Those points above are just a brief example of what I do. I work with energy (Reiki) so I can do hands off sessions for those horses that don't like physical contact. I like to do a mixture of both hands on and hands off sessions. The results I have been getting from the few horses I have been working on are incredible.

If you have any questions please feel free to message me.

It is no secret that horses hold a special place in my heart and have done since time began. This may not make a lot of sense to some but to others it will. In general terms, I help horses face and release their emotional baggage. I do that by doing an energy healing on them called Reiki. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a laying-on of hands technique thousands of years old. Reiki is a vibrational energy technique for improving and maintaining health by balancing the body’s energy system. Reiki is both powerful and gentle. It does not harm, even when the horse is releasing. It only heals. It is always beneficial and works to improve the effectiveness of all types of therapies.

With some horses, it can be as easy as eliminating toxins and old emotional debris from them. They may have a perfect life but small things like losing a paddock mate, an offspring, etc. can take its toll causing emotional blockages. Removing that gives them a new lease on life. An older can have as much debris as a younger horse that has been mistreated. I treat all horses.

Warning: With horses that have been mistreated, Reiki will bring up old pain but it will give them a brighter future. It isn’t an overnight process. It can take weeks or months but the end result is much better than where they were in the beginning.

Yes, I do Reiki, but I am not strictly by the books. I incorporate my own techniques to enhance the healing given. What I do cracks the horse right open which enables me to put them back together again. I’m taking the old debris and filling that hole with love. In a sense I’m reconfiguring DNA back to its original blueprint. I have noticed a huge shift in my horses since I have become more advanced in my skills. I am gentle because the world needs more people who are gentle with animals. Though I am gentle, I am firm. Firm doesn’t mean forceful.

If I have lost you, then think of it like this. You have been snowed under by emotions, so you go to see a psychologist. You talk about what is bothering you and once you have, you feel better by the time you leave. Horses don’t have that luxury; they can’t talk to you about their problems. The can only show it. Another way to look at it is you have had a hard week. Your job has been hard on you physically and emotionally. Come Friday afternoon, you book in for a massage. It gives you physical relief and you forget about your emotional problems for a few hours because you feel fantastic. Once that wears off, you’re still a mess emotionally. Now apply these to your horse, they will get physical relief from an Equine Therapist who focus on the physical body. But they will still have the emotional baggage once the relief wears off. That is where I come in. Not only do I help keep the physical body balanced, I go deeper into the horse’s energetic body and remove all the blockages.

I think physical therapies for horses are great. It has helped my mare to get back into physical alignment. When you add in Reiki, it helps keep the whole body both energetic and physical in harmony.

I must say it again. What I do isn’t an overnight process. It takes time just like any therapy but the results are amazing.

"All I wanted to do was wrap her up and protect her from everyone. I told her I loved her. I left her be as bringing up memories that bad would be hard."

This is all about my number one girl. My greatest success story. The reason I do what I do.

Answer: I’m going to start nearly two years after I got my mare. From what I gathered in that time, it didn’t take me much time to figure out that she had been mistreated. I didn’t know the...

Cost for a treatment:
The initial consultation and first session: $70
Ongoing treatments : $60

I am flexible when you have two or more horses. Also I suggest that you book in for at least 3 sessions to start off with as the first session starts the process and the sessions after that really help to go deeper into the healing process. What I do isn't an overnight process it takes time and the more 'baggage' I dig up the longer it will take.

Start date: 22/09/2016*

I travel. All I ask is that if I am travelling 2 or more hours from where I am based, is that there be 2 or more horses for me to work on.

Results from my mare(R):
Over the weekend she had her first encounter with a male since doing some heavy releasing and resetting. Though she was still very weary of him, she didn't react as bad as she has in the past. She didn't want him touching her but she would let him touch her nose every so often. She was curious but she still wasn't ready for contact. Keep in mind that this particular mare has had a bad experience with both men and women. She will only let you touch her if she trusts you. In four months of intense healing and releasing she has gone from hating everyone apart from me to tolerating people she doesn't know.

*This is the estimated starting date and could change.

How do I tell if my horse is releasing?

There are a few ways to tell. You will see them yawning, licking/chewing, etc. They could even roll once they have been let go. Those releases seem to be instant. There are some releases that will appear later, especially if what the horse is releasing is heavy. They could get a puffy face, swollen legs, lumps, pus coming out on their skin. Those were just to name a few as my horses experienced it when releasing. Not all horses will show signs of releasing but some will. I continued with them daily to keep up the healing and releasing and after a couple days it really settled down.

This is how good releasing is for horses, with the two mares I have, if I didn't keep on top of both their feeds twice a day, almost to the T with timing, they went down hill instantly. After their massive release, it has taken the pressure off me to be home before dark to feed them. So if I am running behind, I don't have to worry about getting home and running around trying to get them their feed. The bulk of what they get is hay now instead of hard feed packed with all the minerals and supplements I was putting in for them. They still get it in the afternoons but I don't have to worry if I have to skip a day and have them go downhill.

It also goes to show that problems from the past can manifest into the future as skin conditions, being lame all the time, unable to put on weight etc. Horses are like us and we need to also right their mental and emotional health too. They grieve for their losses, they get jealous, they can bicker like siblings and they have the ability to love unconditionally.

I have been trying to think of ways to explain what I do without making it sound too complicated. There are two ways I can explain it.
Way 1- Horse: Old, perfect life.
Say you have a house, it is perfect you give it a vacuum once a week, then one day you do a big spring clean to freshen it up. It is still the same house only it has had a clean. That is what I do. I give the horse's energetic body a spring clean, taking out all unwanted debris and tiding up where need be.

Way 2- Horse: Young, badly abused.
You have kids, the kids are like a tornado in that house destroying everything. You're left with a messy house. You clean it all up and put everything back to where it should be. It is still the same house. Now your kids will continue to wreck the house but as they get older it won't be such a big deal. That is what I do, I am gradually taking all the hurt, the pain and the triggers away until you're left with a horse that is where they were before the abuse happened.

I know I am comparing horses to houses but it is the simplest way I can think of that explains what I do. It does work as I have seen the results. It isn't an over night process, but after 2-3 sessions I can see the difference in the horses. I work with all horses as they all have something that could hold them back.

You’re not working with just a machine; you’re working with a mind. The horse is a thinking, feeling, decision -making animal and each one has a distinct personality. But the human always acts superior. The human thinks it’s smarter; it always wants to have things its way and right now. It wants to be boss. If trouble comes up, the human turns it into a contest with the horse. But if you do that, watch out…you just may lose. -Ray Hunt

What is Reiki?

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a laying-on of hands healing technique thousands of years old. Reiki is a vibrational energy technique for improving and maintaining health by balancing the body's energy system. It is a very simple yet powerful technique that can be easily learned by anyone. The word Reiki comes from the two Japanese words - Rei and Ki.

Rei - Spiritual Wisdom
Rei means Universal, however it is a general interpretation but is more accurately interpreted to mean supernatural knowledge or spiritual consciousness. This is the wisdom that comes from the Higher Self or from God himself. This is the God-consciousness which is all knowing. It understands each being completely. Reiki knows the cause of all problems and difficulties and knows exactly what to do to heal them.

Ki - The Life Force
This is the nonphysical energy that animates ALL living things. As long as something is living, it has Life Force circulating through it and around it; when it dies the Life Force departs. When your Life Force is low or there is a resistance in its flow, you will be more vulnerable to illness. When it is high, flowing freely, you're less likely to get sick. Life Force plays an important role in everything we do. It animates the body and also is the primary energy for our thoughts, spiritual life and our emotions. Ki is present all around us, whether you are conscious of it or not.

Reiki has its own intelligence and knows where to go and what to do without the practitioner having to direct it. Reiki has a mind of its own and it will communicate with the client's Higher Self and use this information to decide where to go and what to do. Because it is a God-consciousness it can NEVER harm. It knows what a person/animal needs and will adjust itself to create the effect that is appropriate for them. Reiki is a pure form of healing not dependent on individual acquired ability or talent.

Reiki is bipolar in nature. It is made up of both female and male healing energies. The male part comes from above and is associated with the Crown and higher Chakras. The Female part comes from below, it is associated with the Root Chakra. These two healing energies communicate with each other and decide how much of each polarity is needed so that when the energies leave the hands, they have the proper combinations of female and male healing energies for the person/animal being treated. Reiki is both powerful and gentle. It is always beneficial and works to improve the effectiveness of all types of therapy. Though Reiki is Spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It has no dogma, there is nothing you must believe in for Reiki to work. It will work whether you believe in it or not.

There is a big post coming soon. So I will start off with what Reiki is about. There is a section on my website about it but I will post it here as well. Stay tuned.
