These sourdough buns have quickly become a staple in our house! I followed the recipe from @littlespoonfarmblog and they turned out AMAZING! Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons Butter (I melted then let cool to room temp but still liquid). 1 cup of milk 3 Tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt ( I use @redmondrealsalt only) 100g (~1/2 cup) Sourdough Starter 3 cups Bread Flour + 2 tablespoons 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter for brushing (I opted for an egg wash instead). For step by step instructions, head to her recipe. It’s very similar to making a standard sourdough loaf up until dividing the dough into buns. Tip: I used my Kitchen Aid with the dough hook attachment to mix/work my dough. It worked SO good!
