Mom says I have a little bit of a sore wrist. I think she’s lying, and just trying to make me a house pet. 😠

Anyway, I guess I’ll miss out on some sledding while we have snow, but she says I should be back on the team in no time. She says it’s better to prevent an injury than push through it. I guess I’ll enjoy the extra couch time and pets while I can! 😮‍💨

What do sled dogs do when they aren’t working?

Well, every kennel is different, but my human thinks that it is important for every sled dog to be comfortable living indoors, even if we don’t live indoors full time!

This means that me and all of my other sled dog buddies rotate into the house so we can be comfy in houses. When we retire, this helps us acclimate to indoor life.

While Marci and Dovah enjoy the toys, Revali and Tikan enjoy quality one on one with the humans, and Nehvi enjoys standing guard at the front porch, I personally prefer sunbathing on the couches. There isn’t anything quite like an old, comfy couch! 🐶
