TYLER
Please note: Holly’s Rescue is located in South Australia & our beloved pooches are NOT available for interstate adoption.
*The potential home we had thought for Tyler is no longer available.*
BACKGROUND:
Several months ago, Holly’s Rescue took into care a teeny sweetheart Terrier mix dog called Taffy.
At Taffy’s initial vet check it was discovered that this precious little lady was pregnant.
Darling Taffy gave birth to three healthy beautiful babies, 1 girl & 2 boys.
These little puppies are now ready to find their individual FUREVER loving homes.
*All of Taffy’s puppies will be adopted separately. No siblings will be adopted together to prevent possible littermate syndrome.*
TYLER
Beautiful boy Tyler is 12 weeks old & weighs a healthy 2.4 kg.
Tyler was the smallest of the litter & seems quieter than his brother and sister. Tyler however still shows a cheeky streak & is just the cutest bundle of puppy love.
Precious Tyler absolutely loves his cuddles, he will snuggle up to your chin for puppy kisses. Also loves his tug toys & pulling blankets or towels to pieces.
Tyler is super cute and currently super teeny - knee high to a grasshopper!
Mum Taffy is a Terrier mix, however as Tyler’s father is unknown, Tyler is a crossbreed & will possibly be a delightful mix of different breeds. (It has kept the PAWSOME Veterinary staff guessing at to his lineage!)
Remember, adopting a puppy is a long-term commitment. Enjoy the puppy breath, the wiggly tail, and the unconditional love your tiny bundle of cuteness will bring into your life! 🐶❤️
GENERAL INFORMATION:
He is toilet trained to puppy training pads, goes to toilet outside as soon as he wakes up, and sleeps through the night.
He also knows how to sit, and waits politely for his breakfast.
Whilst in care, all sibling puppies have been exposed to other people, and in care with other small adult pooches.
Like his siblings, Tyler is a bundle of puppy energy & cuteness, he will need continuation of his toilet training, plus socialisation to all sorts of different situations and people.
Tyler has not been tested around cats, birds or other pets.
IDEAL HOME:
Tyler would do best with people that have the time, patience, time, (twice) commitment & LOVE to enable him to become the ‘bestest’ pooch that we know he can be!
As Tyler is soo tiny, any children in the home will need to be older (10+) & be very respectful of the puppy’s personal space!
If there is already a dog in the home, we presume / think Tyler would totally love having a pooch playmate as he grows!
Another similar size (smallish) dog, around 6 years or younger would be suitable & it may also be better if the dog is female.
Then they could enjoy playing with a similar energy level & play style so that not only will Tyler have another dog around to enjoy doing ‘pooch stuff’ with, but also to learn from.
Puppies offer many many years of love and companionship if they have the right training, food and loving homes.
NOTE:
** As he is younger than 6 months, Tyler will ONLY be adopted to people that are willing to sign a desexing and vaccination contract, this is non-negotiable.
For Tyler’s next puppy vaccination & desexing, potential people will need to take him to any of our PAWSOME Vets. Seaside Vets (Wallaroo - Yorke Peninsula) Vet 2 U (Port Vincent - Yorke Peninsula) or Elizabeth Park Veterinary Clinic (northern suburbs of Adelaide). (OR a Veterinary clinic agreed to in writing by Holly’s Rescue, may be a viable option.)
Proof of meeting the contract conditions will be required, IF not met, ‘Holly’s Rescue for Senior Dogs Inc’ reserves the right to have the dog returned to us.**

HEALTH & WELLBEING:
Overall, Tyler is in EXCELLENT health & currently has no ongoing health concerns.
Tyler will require his 3rd puppy vaccination at 16 weeks.
Desexing is to be done prior to Tyler becoming 6 months of age.
Tyler was born with a kink at the end of his tail, this doesn’t affect his health at all, simply making him look even cuter!!
Since Tyler has been in Holly’s care, Tyler has had a thorough Vet health / wellness check.
Tyler is Microchipped, Worm treated & has had his 1st 7 2nd puppy Vaccinations.
Tyler’s Adoption fee is $830.00
Please READ & CONSIDER Tyler’s complete profile carefully BEFORE applying.
*Within the application form it would be appreciated if you detail any previous experience with a puppy & their subsequent training.*
