This article is about Parvo but remember our environments carry and spread Giardia and Coccidia to young puppies and adults who have weaker immune systems. This is why breeders must be extremely clean, careful about who visits and why we do not have lots of people or their dogs in our homes.

Many breeders institute biosafety measures that echo many of the precautions that we are learning to take in the age of the coronavirus.

We started in 2015 with our foundation poodles Scout and Breeze, raised them, health tested them, participated in the 2018 and 2019 UKC Washington Classics and then had our first litter in 2019. We then had our second litter in 2021 and now our third, all during the pandemic and shortly after. We have only sold a few of our puppies because we are extremely picky about the homes they will go to. This is Barbara who has our only male black Standard Poodle puppy and Barbara, husband and kids were exactly the kind of family we wanted. Later I will show you a video from the California couple who bought two of our poodles from the second litter, and they are just as special. Unfortunately, it's not easy finding the best homes possible so we will take our sweet time placing them, no matter how long it takes.
