Gypsy had her babies Friday night into Saturday morning. They are doing great with nursing and as you can tell love the milk bar.

It is with a heavy heart that I am posting this…

I will be closing T-Dox and rehoming some of my dogs. This has not been a easy decision and it breaks my heart to do this, but I am having to do the right thing by my fur babies and myself.

Ella welcomed 2 beautiful little boys into the world this morning, These sweet boys will be CKC registered. I will be doing pics in a week or so and will post when they are available in a couple weeks. Just want to make sure they continue to thrive since they are on the small side.

I got a call for The Cardiologist today asking how Tucker is doing, I told him he is doing great, etc. he did tell me that he would like to have Tuckers heart surgery done by the end of May.

I am looking to raise at least $3,000 more to help me pay for this sweet boys surgery. I cant express enough gratitude to everyone that has donated thus far. Thank you !

My sweet sweet wild boy Tucker. We will be hopefully scheduling surgery for a couple months from now, he is doing great with his heart meds and loves playing with his half sister Winnie Mae. He loves cuddling with me and giving kisses and going for car rides to see his Gigi (Melissa Sanders Durell) this boy has my heart.

Tucker started his 1st does of heart meds today and he took them like a champ!!! Not many people saw the update on Go fund me so I will post it here as well.

Update 3-10-23

Tucker saw the cardiologist today at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists and they did a echocardiogram on him. They had told me that they may have to sedate him, but he ended up being a good boy and laying there and letting them do the test. The Cardiologist Dr. Owens was super nice and fell in love with Tucker and said that he was pleasantly surprised by the echo because by listening to him it sounds awful and he was worried that they would be rushing to surgery… but the echo showed it not to be nowhere near as bad. They have started him in a heart medication and said that we need to have the surgery done by the time he is 6-7 months old unless he starts showing symptoms. (This mainly due to his size, we need him to grow some more so they have better access to everything) So the goal is to raise the remaining balance for the surgery as quick as possible so he can have it done sooner rather than later so his heart doesn’t start to get weak, etc. and if he starts showing symptoms surgery will need to be done super quick.
I will add that Tucker will be on these heart meds for awhile, the cardiologist said at least 1 month after surgery, but should be able to come off of them and live to have a normal happy life. He also mentioned that everything is doing by keeping him calm a lot, not a lot of playing and exerting himself and all that is a big helping factor as well as me working on him laying still and being poked and pushed on. It was nice to be reassured that I have been doing so well with him.. this is my 1st puppy with any major health issue and I’m doing all I can for my little fighter.
