Dr. Regina Watters, DVM & Owner of Your Mobile Vet PLLC

Your Mobile Vet PLLC serves North Carolina in Surry County, and surrounding areas. Dr. Regina Watters provides mobile veterinary services, and is available to perform wellness (and minor illness) exams, vaccinations, parasite control, health counseling, hospice care and end of life services to small animals. The purpose of Your Mobile Vet PLLC is to play an active role in the health and care of your furry family with an emphasis on your convenience, and their comfort, by performing the above services at your home instead of at the veterinarian’s office.

Dr. Regina Watters was born in Surry County and attended North Surry High School, before heading to North Carolina State University, and finally to Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine, graduating with high honor in June 1985. She grew up on a farm in the country and began, at an early age, learning to care for any animal she could get her hands on (ie. delighted in catching and releasing small amphibians, reptiles, birds, and mammals found on the farm). She has owned pets of various species and currently owns five cats- three indoors only and two brothers patrolling the woods & meadows surrounding her home in mid-Surry county. She has had several breeds of dogs in the past and has a hard time answering the age-old question: dog or cat person? The answer really is "all of the above". She has worked in several hospitals in the western Piedmont of NC, ranging from rural to city practices; small to large; AAHA to non-specialized practices. She also owned and ran a very successful mobile small animal practice in the early 2000's, which she enjoyed very much, selling it after her two children were born. She wants to continue to serve her friends and neighbors for the remainder of her career as Your Mobile Vet, coming to homes and meeting the needs of furry family members in their own comfortable surroundings.
