Happy Thanksgiving Eve from little “turkeys” Rocky & Frankie! These two are ready for all the (pup-safe!) goodies they *hope* will be shared with them tomorrow! 🍠🥕🥦🥧

From the humans here, we know this holiday season will be rough for many who no longer feel welcome at family or friendship tables. We know this is unlike any holiday many of us have had before.

Our former client, Maddie, has been through it all in the past 9 months and it is absolutely breaking our hearts. 💔We’re asking our community to rally and help find her a spot to land ASAP!

For those who don’t know (or may not remember,) Maddie and her brother PJ, tragically lost their home earlier this year when their dad passed away. They were at Austin Animal Center and very stressed before being pulled into a foster home. PJ was later adopted by the foster but Maddie was not.

Since then, Maddie has had surgery to repair a knee and has recently undergone surgery to remove something foreign that she ate. Knowing Maddie, we worry she is very stressed being alone and homeless in south Texas. Her rescue has been very supportive and gotten her the medical care she needs but now she needs us.

This is a call to action for our community to please help by sharing this plea and finding Maddie a foster home where she can heal and relax. (Someone who works from home would be a real bonus as her current needs are assessed.)
