Massive thank you to Arctic ONE who have awarded me and mel a forward motion grant. This is towards entry fees including our first international event at wellington. I’m so grateful for their support ,such a fantastic charity who really do help people to pursue there dreams in sports. It’s mental health awareness week this week and I’ve been thinking about what I wanted to say/ share. I make no secret of having mental health issues and every day is a battle. Mental health isn’t always what people think and yet so many people make assumptions. What I really hope to see is mental health being taken as serious as a physical injury by everyone. If someone broke there leg you wouldn’t kick them in the leg , so why do some people think it’s ok to verbally kick people in the mind 🤷‍♀️ . For everyone who struggles reach out talk , fight and hang in there!! I am very lucky to have a great support network around me and of course my horses who are my absolute world and give me the strength to keep fighting. Please don’t be the reason that someone stops hanging in there 🙏🤞

Over the last few weeks there’s been lots of championships, area festival’s and big competitions. I am absolutely over the moon that my lessons have done amazing smashing so many goals and winning lots !!!! Well done everyone I’m proud of you all! The dressage team at SYKEHOUSE ARENA always have lots of fun on dressage days. So we thought we would bring the fun to you , and give you chance to win a free entry at the next stressless dressage 20 th august !!! 🥳👀
