Beautiful rides by this young lady and Kya this morning. I missed filming this student's mom riding as well but it is special to teach a mother daughter team.
Kya has settled in well over the past two years and is definitely an asset to the team.

Basics of Horsemanship Class
June 21st, 8:30am to 12 pm
Type: Beginner, ages 6-13
Cost:$40 per participant
Open to 6 participants.
Classes for the morning:
-Grooming: Learn how to brush horses.
-Handling horses: Learn how to halter and properly lead horses on the ground.
-Learn Horse Body Parts: Interactive class where we will paint the horses to mark parts on the horse's body.
-Horse Colors: Arts and crafts project where we will discuss colors and create a poster board.

This event in located in Waynesboro, Pa and has limited openings. All participants will be required to wear a helmet while handling the horses and need to complete liability form .

Here is my final post from last weekend.
Had an amazing time at my very first liberty clinic in Mercersburg PA. A total of 8 participants and I just have to say, what a great group. We walked through some of the very basic steps of liberty together. Despite the day starting with rain, it stayed clear for the afternoon for our clinic. A big thank you to each of these ladies for giving me their time and trusting me with their horses. Also thank you to Emily Brown for helping and Brooke Baughman for being my photographer and capturing these shots.
Beautiful views, beautiful ladies, and beautiful horses! What great afternoon!
