Ohio Pug Rescue has THE BEST Volunteers! They are the heart and soul of rescue. They all try so hard to limit our public requests for donations. They craft beautiful works of art, cards, gift baskets, pooch bandanas, etc.,we can sell at events. They give generously of their time getting foster Pugs to and from vet visits, adoptions, meet and greets, and rescue events. They donate Pug themed items they pick up during their travels. They make the calls, get the vet bills paid, coordinate foster and adoptive homes, manage our website and on and on. And, they ask for nothing in return. They do it for their love of Pugs. We see you all and appreciate you all so very much!

This sweet little lady was saved because of our supporters. She was a tiny little puppy with a genetic liver issue. She wasn't feeling too well until her surgery was made possible by all of you! Thank you all for your continued support!

25 YEARS!!!!! Did you know Ohio Pug Rescue has been helping Pugs for 25 years?!! Yep!! National Dog Biscuit Day!

It’s National Dog Biscuit Day!! As nutritious as gnats might be, we recommend sharing a nutritious biscuit with your Pugs instead.😜🐾🍪

Ohio Pug Rescue’s foster families have children pouring love into these lost and lonely Pugs. Two Pugs found freezing in a half shed open to the winds were warming up in the love and warmth of a child. We salute our foster family’s children/grandchildren and are so very grateful for all they do for the Pugs.

Foster family kids care

Children in foster families give so much of themselves knowing these Pugs will be moving on to another forever home. These two were found freezing and very hungry, in a half shed on a very cold night. A little food, warmth and love can heal so much. We salute our foster family’s children and grandchildren as we wind down 2023!
