What does QR mean? What is a QR code? QR stands for Quick Response. A QR code is a black & white square with blocks and seemingly random pixels. When read by a QR reader, it will display information associated with the code. Why should I have my tag powder coated? Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. It is more durable than conventional paint, providing a longer lasting product. Can I choose what information my tag is linked to? Yes you can choose what information your qr code is linked to. While you do have the option of creating a profile from RufusID.com you can also link your qr code to your own website, page, or any other URL. How are the business signs installed? We attach a heavy duty industrial strength double sided tape to the back of each sign. I already have a name tag, rabies tag, and pet license tag on my pet. You want me to add another one? Your Rufus Id tag might actually reduce the # of tags on your pet. We allow you to type that information into your pet’s profile. However, we strongly suggest you first check your local laws regarding requirements for specific tags being worn. Will the pet ID tag have my pet’s name on it?
