✨2026 Void raffle✨

What is this for?
Void is a service dog I trained and placed for someone who uses a wheelchair in their day to day life. By donating you’re helping the owner pay off Void’s extensive training.

About Void
Void is a poodle mix and she’s a mobility dog. She’s been trained to open doors, pull a wheelchair, pick up dropped items, carry items and more. She’s figured out she really likes fetch and she loves to tackle her playmates

In my bio is my Linktree where there are links to my PayPal, Venmo and Void’s Kofi. If you donate 50$ to either of these you will be entered into this raffle to win either a 50% off 4 week board and train that can take place anytime between February-November 2026. Or you can opt for a dog training care package to start training your dog yourself!
Care package will include a slip lead, 15’ long line, treat pouch and clicker, puzzle dispenser, collapsible water bowl and treats.

This starts December 1st 2025 and a winner will be picked January 1st 2026. You do not have to be local to us to participate, that’s why I gave an option for a package.

Guy is working on his public heeling, learning to settle and working through his dog excitement. He’s recently ran into two dogs and looked, but didn’t try to play and let me distract him.

Want to help and not sure how?

Donations!
A lot of programs, and mine isn’t an exception, could use donations whether monetary or items. I have Linktree in my bio and you can donate to my PayPal or Venmo which that money goes towards Guy’s food, vet bills, toys, treats etc. or there’s an Amazon link full of treats and chews and some training equipment.

Volunteering!
Some programs could use extra hands in taking care of their dogs. For me specifically I could use people who want to learn dogs by handling Guy. This helps Guy learn how to be trained by others and helps you learn handler errors and how tos. Even if you have a dog at home this could help you problem solve.

Spread the word!
Word of mouth is powerful. Leaving reviews with programs you have experiences with can alter how others see them.

I’m building this new program by myself with some advice from close friends. So I could use all the help I can get! I’ve already changed a lot in how I operate.

“Heyyy I’m sorry we didn’t do any/much training this past week”

Don’t apologize to me for not following up with training homework. Apologize to yourself and your dog.
I do not live with you and your dog. I don’t know your life. I don’t know your financials. While yes I would love for you to follow up on homework diligently and come back to me with so much progress stories I also know life happens. If you’re being lazy that’s on you. Not me. The only one who can change your dog’s behavior is you. Doesn’t matter if I have the dog for a board and train if you don’t follow through on the advice I give you. The dog will lose everything and I warn clients of that. It’s ok to need a break and for life to happen, but I see it too often where that’s not really the case. People just don’t realize how much WORK goes into a well trained dog.

So do not apologize to me if you didn’t do homework. Apologize to yourself and your dog. Give yourself grace, but work hard. Even if you’re tired your dog still needs to be fed and pottied and walked and worked with.

Scent work, specifically with AKC, is a sport where dogs are trained to alert to essential oils. There’s 4 elements. Containers, interior, exterior and buried. There’s also handler discrimination where the dogs are trained to their handler’s scent. Scent work is a fun game and training challenge if your dog really likes to use their nose and it’s really easy to train for at home!

Can I do it?
This sport is open to all dogs AKC registered. Find a trainer or club with experience to get started and try it!

CAT is another AKC sport very similar to FastCAT. CAT is a 400-600 yard timed course. Once you accumulate enough points you can title CA CAA CAX.

What’s the point?
Well if your dog loves to chase things and likes FastCAT they’ll probably love a longer course!

Can I do it?
Yes! Just like FastCAT as long as your dog is a year old and AKC registered you can do it even mixed breeds.

Try it!

FastCAT is an AKC dog sport where a dog chases a lure for 100 yards and is timed. After you accumulate a certain amount of points you can title BCAT DCAT FCAT FCAT2 FCAT3 etc.

What’s the point?
Fun??! Dogs go crazy for this!

Can I do it?
Any dog can try this, even mixed breeds. Your dog just has to be AKC registered which is really easy to do and at least one year old.

Try it!

Some favorites at last weekend’s IABCA conformation show!

What is conformation?
Conformation is a sport, aka show, that judges animals based off breed standard. There’s cat shows, dog shows, horse shows, cow shows etc. People take their wellbred purebred into a ring and follow a judge’s instructions that typically involves jogging around to show off movement and a fancy stand called a stack. This is to show off the dog is built correctly and isn’t deformed by back yard breeding.

These two cuties earned their CGCA today!

In between showing my personal dog, Fenrir, I was doing CGC testing for those who wanted to try. Those who didn’t pass just keep trying! Now you know what to work on. Train hard and have fun!

Guy is about 10 months and we’ve got a reliable recall, advancing his heeling, sit, down and implied stays and leave it.
