We have now spoken to Roxie/Rubies owner . Apparently Roxie was stolen and then abandoned . Roxie’s owner has apologised for any abuse and it has been agreed that Roxy will stay with Refuge for the time being 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

She is 5 years old, spayed and will be microchipped when she leaves . She would prefer a quiet home with older children 🐈‍⬛
