We got asked today if we were doing a re breed of Jokers dam........I answered no as Ellie was around 23 when we bred Joker.....

This from his new owner.

Fair enough. I was just so happy with him today doing a bit of ground work. He does pick things up quickly. I’d love to have a few of him lol.

Outrageous Dun Joking is still looking for a show 🏡. Joker is currently standing at 12.3hh at 22mths of age should mature between 13-14hh. Joker is an easy going c**t and is currently registered Quarter pony with ANQP and can be Dilute, Part Welsh and Riding Pony registered. I'd also consider leasing to a show home with option to buy Brisbane based only for this option. Joker will be 2yo on the 4th December 2023.

With breeding season approaching I could not, not share this 🤭 as some think it's easy to just breed breed breed.

$1500-$3000 for semen
$395 - if shipped/cooled
$250-$2000 vetting for the mare (that's IF she catches the semen 1st go, if not REPEAT ALL THE ABOVE until she's in foal)
$1500 feeding the mare and baby
$50-$200 to register the foal

That’s the average cost just to bring a foal into the world out of registered stock. So on behalf of every breeder out here, think about how much time and money we put in to creating your “dream horse” in which your budget is only $3000 🦄🤷🏼‍♀️💥

Young Joker is filling out nicely. We got a halter on him last weekend with the help of a friend. Joker likes hanging along the fence line with his half brother Todd we are hoping to use Todd as a buddy when weaning happens.
