Donāt forget to vaccinate!!

We love Central Texas Herd Management and Vanguard - Redland for our bunny needs! Check out the link above for vets near you
RHDV2 can kill them in just a few days, and there is no cure. We have had reported and verified cases as close as Fredericksburg and near Waco this spring. Houston area had its first case, as well. It is an extremely sticky virus. Most cleaners are not efficient at removing the virus, and it is now considered endemic in Texas. Please continue to vaccinate!
What a great weekend at the SWRRBA Show in Wichita Falls! Couldnāt be more thrilled with the results! Thank you to the amazing show committee for running a smooth show and getting us out early! Thank you, SWRRBA / Texas.!

Just born babiesā¦Rhonda and King gave us a REW, and Rosie and Bucky gave us a siamese sable.
Berthaās crew is fat and happy! That pile of babies look to be two black and two black otters. ā„ļøš°ā„ļøš°ā„ļøš°ā„ļøš°ā„ļøš°
Love these three does! This mama and her two girls live together in our barn and are all homegrown. Sage is the blue tort and the mama. She was produced from Tame Mees lines in our barn. Precious is the blue otter, and Sassy is the blue. These two sisters came from Sage and a Quietcreek buck. All three of these ladies started as show does and earned legs, and with a little luck, they will be mamas one of these days soon. They are the sweetest, and we just love dilutes!! š°ā„ļøš°ā„ļøš°
Bertha and King babies arrived today! Excited for this first time mama!
She made a great nestā¦all outside the boxā¦but it was beautiful!
Just a few still looking for love this spring. Two with good show potential! š°ā„ļøš°

This is Tangie, anytime you walk into the barn she demands that you acknowledge her and give her and only her your attention! She is one of the sweetest bunnies in the barn, and a barn fav! This is her during last nights feeding getting her feeding time pets! #spunk #loveher #lovetheoranges
Ever wonder how a bunny makes a nest? The mama pulls her fur, as you see Birdie, our fuzzy Netherland Dwarf doing here. Itās quite a process, as they pull fur to keep the babies warm and hidden and to expose their underbelly for nursing. Per the books, their hormones make the hair easier to pull. This was Birdieās first time giving birth, and as is common with Nethies, her babies didnāt make it. Hopefully, she will have some babies later this spring, and we will save her fur for that next nest.
