TLC Pet Services LLC provides personalized grooming services for each individual pet. No animal is treated like a number or just another appointment in our building! Each pet is given the loving attention and respect they deserve. We will NEVER force a pet to tolerate anything they do not like just to achieve a "perfect" groom. We have a variety of solutions for many common grooming problems such

as not liking the bath, being scared of the dryer, or being a little sensitive to being touched in certain places. Our goal is always to help pets overcome any insecurities so the grooming process can be a treat they look forward to! Pets can take as many breaks as they need during the grooming process to ensure they are as comfortable as possible. With their comfort in mind, we also do not keep pets in our facility all day. Grooming is done by appointment only. While your pet is not the only one in the building on a typical day, we do keep our appointment numbers low and reasonable to ensure your pet does not stay here any longer than is necessary. Our grooming turn around time is typically between 2 and 4 hours depending upon how the pet feels about their appointment, the services they are receiving, and the condition of their coats. If we feel the process may take longer, we will be on the phone to speak with your immediately! We want you to be well informed of what is happening with your baby! TLC is a by appointment only facility. We typically take appointments Tuesday through Friday and select Saturdays. We use high quality, luxurious products to clean and condition your pet. Each appointment includes a bath with a quality shampoo selected for your pet's individual needs, a deep moisturizing conditioner, blow dry, nail filing, ear cleaning, and brush out. Hair cuts will be done as close to your specifications as possible. We strongly believe in Humanity Before Vanity and will never harm a pet to please a human. While we love bigger dogs, due to the small size of our salon, we provide grooming services to both cats and dogs under 60 pounds.

Just a quick head's up! Jess's cell phone has decided that after 4 long years of service, it is time to retire. In other words, it has developed a software issue and will not stay turned on for long. It will take a couple days for a replacement to arrive so if you try to contact her and get no reply, please try Stacey's line instead. As the owner of TLC, Stacey can answer any questions you have, assist with all your booking needs, and she can pass messages to Jess as needed.

To say that July has been a busy month would be a vast understatement! TLC has been experiencing highs (Jess has a car again! Yay!) and lows (Stacey dealt with some family emergencies. Everything is okay now but still Boo!) while being booked with the best pups owned by the greatest clients a crew could ask for! We greatly appreciate the kindness and patience you have shown us over the last few exhausting weeks of complete chaos. Thank you all for being part of the TLC family!

Also, even though it is only July, now is the time to start thinking about those holiday grooms. Let us know soon if you would like to book an extra groom for Thanksgiving or Christmas in order to get the best availability!
