We find it extremely important to prioritize our staff and their well being. We like to hold group meditations in the middle of the day with our daycare staff to make sure they remain grounded and centered amongst the “primitive” behavior of the dogs🤣 because there can be quite a lot of barking and noise in between the calm moments, we like to make sure to hold a space for them during these times of unwind with a relaxing meditation. Not only does the staff benefit greatly from these exercises but the dogs do as well. As you can see by this clip, many of them lay down with our daycare attendants and rejoice in the mellow and calming words from our Intuitive Healer, Olivia Ray.
