Requirements:

Availability from 10am - 3pm Monday through Friday

Availability on some weekends

Ability to handle dogs weighing over 100 lbs

Willing to complete a criminal background check

Own you own vehicle

Own a smartphone as we use app based technology

Be willing to travel to Yardley, Newtown and Langhorne areas

Previous dog handling experience preferred but not required.

The Pet Nanny and Dog Walker LLC is growing our team!

Do you love working outdoors? Love dogs and cats? Seeking a part time job with flexible scheduling and competitive pay?

We are looking for dog walkers and pet sitters for the following shifts:

Mid Day 11am -2pm M-F including some weekends

Early Morning 7-9am

Evenings 4-6pm and 7-9pm

Requirements:

Must have your own vehicle

Must be willing to travel to Langhorne, Levittown, Newtown and Yardley.

Must be reliable!

Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays

Must be physically able to bend and lift and have the ability to handle dogs weighing over 100 lbs.

Must be willing to submit a criminal background check.

Previous experience handling dogs preferred but not required.

Meet Annabelle!
She is an eight-year-old Malshi (Shih tzu-Maltese ) who weighs about 11 pounds. She is a sweet girl, who loves to go on walks and always wants to be around her people. She is good with cats and ok with dogs that are low-key and about her size or smaller.
She does have dry eye syndrome, and will need drops in her eyes for the rest of her life.
She is currently available for adoption through Tiny Paws Rescue. She has an outdated bio on the Tiny Paws page, that says she requires a fenced in yard, but she does not, she actually prefers walks on leash as her eyesight is impaired . We are working on getting that updated.

Our Story

The Pet Nanny is an 'in your home' pet sitting and dog walking service located in Lower Bucks County. We provide care for your pet while you are away on vacation, working for the day or on a business trip. We are also here in case of an emergency such as a hospital stay. We have cat care specialists, dog walkers and parrot care specialists on our team. We also care for your small and furry friends such as guinea pigs and chinchillas.

Started in 2010 by a former vet tech and wildlife tech, Tess has an extensive background working with felines and has studied feline behavior, as well as experience working with avians, from song birds to raptors. She has also rescued senior special needs dogs and enjoys working with her client’s senior dogs.

The Pet Nanny also provides daily dog walking and has four walkers available Monday - Friday between 11-2 to give your dog a mid day potty break, some exercise or mainly check in if you have a senior or special needs dog. We can also add additional visits during the day for new puppies who are potty training. All walkers are fully insured and bonded and are experienced caring for a wide variety of breeds.
