This Saturday, bring your doggie to Kenmore as Santa will be at the Made for Good shop and KVIS office! Everyone knows that Santa loves dogs and he is ready to have his photo taken with your dog (and you if you like!) You take your own photo. Each Saturday through 12/23 from 12:30-2 pm at 7 Warren Avenue in Kenmore 14217. :) They'll also be raffles for prizes and refreshments for dogs and their people.

Photogenic dogs and cats are needed to model various items for sale at the Made for Good shop, 7 Warren Ave, Kenmore 14217. If you think your pet is a cutie, then post their photo here! Of course, they're all lovely in one way or another, so we hope everyone will join in the fun! We'll be making our decision as to who we'll ask to do the modeling right after the Labor Day holiday. Each winning model will receive a gift card to the Made for Good shop and some treats. :)

Did you know that the KVIS meeting space is attached to our shop called Made for Good? We feature locally handmade gifts for sale by local Artists and Makers. So when you come to a Little Dog Days you can also do a little browsing too! And yes, we have some really cool dog and cat items! Dog model is Sarah, the Corgi mix in a knitted party hat. :) Shop is located at 7 Warren Ave, Kenmore 14217. Summer hours Wed-Fri3-7, sat 10-3.

Two weeks from today 7/19 our Little Dog Days of Kenmore begins! Each Wednesday from 3:30-6:30pm a different dog rescue/dog vendor will be at the Kenmore Village Improvement Society (KVIS) meeting space at 7 Warren Ave, Kenmore 14217. We hope you'll join in the fun and come meet the dogs and learn about some of our areas truly wonderful rescues and dog related vendors. We will also have a Flea Market at the Little Dog Days each week -great stuff crazy cheap (think $1 and under!) Our July and August schedule is: July 19: Joyful Rescues, July 26: Awesome Paws Rescues, August 2: Be Their Voice Rescue, August 9: buffalo C.A.R.E.S. Rescue, August 16: Buffalo Underdogs Rescue, August 23: Open Arms Rescue, August 30: Nickel City Rescue. These are free events. :) Please share.

The 2023 Dog Days of Kenmore is going to be different. We are going to s-p-r-e-a-d out the event by having little Dog Day events every Wednesday starting in June! Rescue groups and vendors are encouraged to sign up to participate. Free. Email [email protected] for more information. Joyful Rescues, Open Arms Rescue, Awesome Paws Rescue, and Nickel City Rescue will all be participating -will you? :) We will be having the big Dog Days of Kenmore event next year on Sunday June 11th.

Here's the exciting update about Dog Days of Kenmore! We are having weekly mini Dog Days of Kenmore each week starting this summer through the rest of the year online and at our new office and shop here in Kenmore. We'll be sending you and posting more information about this soon AND we'll be having our traditional one day event next year on Sunday, June 11th, 2023. :)

We regret to inform you that the KVIS will not be having Dog Days of Kenmore this year. We're erring on being Covid careful but we're disappointed and will miss you all so much. ...sigh We are looking forward to having the event (big time!) in 2022.
