*** SIDEKICKS WANTED ***
Paw Patrol Dornoch has grown significantly this year! I’m now looking for one, two, or more sidekicks to help with dog walking, pop-in visits, and pet/cat care across the local areas.
Starting in 2025 (or the new tax year), I aim to focus on managing 3 group walks per day while subcontracting solos, pop-ins, and pet care to sidekicks. With recent growth & enquiries, this will soon be possible, but I need reliable help to manage solos and visits.
This will be a main contractor-subcontractor relationship with all work contracted through me at Paw Patrol Dornoch.

✅ You’ll communicate directly with clients to agree on schedule times.
✅ You have the freedom.
This role could be perfect for:

🐾 Anyone looking to earn extra while enjoying nature and dog therapy.
As a client-driven business, work will be random and unpredictable. Sidekicks will start small, but there’s huge potential for more work or even full-time employment as the business grows!
What I’m Looking For:
🐾 Animal or dog work experience (a bonus but not essential).
🐾 Registered with HMRC as self-employed (I can advise if needed).
🐾 Own public liability insurance (strongly recommended for safety).
🐾 Driving licence and vehicle (must be able to transport at least 2 dogs).
🐾 Local to the areas we cover: Dornoch, Tain, Embo, Golspie & Brora.
🐾 Compassionate, driven, reliable, competent & flexible.
📅 Usual work hours: 8/9am–4/5pm (peak hours: 10am–2pm, occasional special requests up to 8pm).
At the moment, I’m just gathering interest in the Paw Patrol Dornoch Sidekick role. Still in thoughts and planning. Contracts are yet to be written, discussed & negotiated.
