Ferrets of Busybody 'of Busybody', small scale ferret breeding 2019-2023. Breeding has ended for undefined time.

Albino babies did so well today at Valentines Ferret Show 2024 in Klaukkala, Finland ❤️

Hilda Hippo of Busybody ”Ketku” was 1st of her class, best albino, best junior and with cherry on top she got also her first (and our ferretry’s first) champion title from this show 💕

Rhonda Raccoon of Busybody ”Rhonda” was 2nd of her class, so she and Ketku got to win the class as sisters together 💕

Ngorongoro Crater of Busybody ”Kelmi” was also 1st of his class 💕

Big congrats to owners Adam & Jennifer! ❤️

Even though we are on breeding break there has been so wonderful results from past shows that I want to keep posting these when ever I just have time and remember to do it 😭❤️ So heart warming news!

Like I said at end of the summer 2023 there is some break coming to the breeding. After that many things have changed and I have had too much of bad luck with me so now it’s time to say it loud too, my breeding has ended for undefined time. I’m not going to say that I would not take new ferrets and start breeding again at some point, but now atleast for few years I have decided to focus on studying and other important things in life with out pressure of breeding.

This doesn’t change the fact that I’m still into ferrets and want to work for the ferret community. Also in the future like until this point I would still like to organize ferret shows whenever there is right time for those and come to judge ferrets in other shows if there comes possibility for that. I had also amazing opportunity to be co-founder at our exotics veterinary medicine club at our university so we can teach us future vets more about ferrets and other exotic pets.

It’s very heart warming to know that there is breeders in Europe that keeps working with the lines I have started working on, thank you all for trusting my lines and breeding work. ❤️

I’m sure that some day when the time is right I will have these fuzzbutts again and small scale breeding will be happening again. But for now, thanks for all amazing breeders, people who have gotten ferrets from my ferretry and every other ferret enthusiasts! ❤️
