Whatcha doing?? For several weeks, we've been supplementing a litter whose Mom didn't have enough milk. She's a wonderful meowmy in every way, just needed some help feeding her 3 little ones. Because babies eat every few hours, they've all gone to work with me and this tortie bicolor gal now believes she's a supervisor. Luckily, my job is very animal-friendly. 🐱🐾💕

Happy Mother's Day to all the Meowmies!! Hope everyone had a nice, peaceful day. These two tortie gals got to romp in the clover late today. They were born on Valentine's Day and are the only 2 kids in the litter. Can anyone guess why their nicknames are Ann and Nancy?

Such a princess! Some cats just have a regal air about them from the time they're babies. Vixen is a perfect example. Even in quick snapshot pics, she looks like royalty.

Time to let the cat out of the bag! Back around Christmas, a sweet feline fellow just showed up. He was friendly, fat, already-neutered and very healthy so I figured he was just visiting and would return home. Well, a few days went by and the kitty stayed - no one claimed him and he didn't have a microchip. We fed him, made a cozy bed on the porch with a pet heating pad and got to know him. I joked that this was proof that God has a sense of humor since He evidently gave me a cat for Christmas.

In the last 3+ months, this comical kid has traveled quite a journey. For safety, he's been kept completely separate from our Ragdolls so far. He's gotten the name Simon (thanks Elizabeth!), been fully-vetted twice (with one more planned in a few weeks) and been such a sweet, funny kid. Maybe most incredibly, Simon has become a kitty star! He was chosen to be in a recent photoshoot for a national pet food company and he was fantastic! Several of these pics are behind-the-scenes shots from that project.

We're looking forward to introducing Simon to the whole family in a few weeks and can't wait for the results of his first "job" to be released!

Playtime before the rain. Percy and I had a quick outing this week before the heavy rains set in. He had such a blast chasing leaves and dried grass waving in the breeze. What a doll-baby!

Baby Dora's first snow day! Dora was quite mesmerized by the snow...until her paws got wet and she got cold. Then she was ready to head back inside. Such a princess!!
