Sweet Bandit was listed for free and he was outside all the time, with minimal if not no interaction. I had 2 families go visit him to potentially adopt, and he was described as VERY jumpy, and needed way more work than they were wanting(which is totally fine). A third family came along and brought their little granddaughters to see how he would be with them, and the “jumpy” dog is now their best pal! Dogs needs interaction, not to be left outside

Makes my heart so happy that someone gave him a chance. ❤️

Meet Angus!

Angus is a 7 year old pure black German Shepherd Australian Shepherd mix.

He’s a well behaved, house trained, just an all around great dog. He is unaltered and will need an uodsted rabies shot. Listens very well and knows basic command’s.

He is great with kids and people of all ages as well as other dogs and cats. He will come with a big container of food.

If anyone is interested in adopting Angus, please reach out. An alteration contract will need signed at adoption. Currently located in Cecil county.

Meet Milo!

Milo is a 2 1/2 year old male German Shorthaired Pointer. He is around 55lbs and fixed.

He struggles with separation anxiety, which he’s medicated for. Due to his anxiety, we are asking that the adopter has breed experience. If he goes to a home where there are children, we would recommend a home with older children, only because he forgets how big he is 😅

He does have a high prey drive, so we’re looking for a house without cats. He does well with dogs big and small

Meet rebel, a 4 year old cane corso!

Unfortunately rebels owner can no longer keep him due to some life changes, and he is looking for a new home. Rebel is up to date on shots, but is not fixed(a spay/neuter contract will need signed at adoption). This big guy is great with kids all ages, but other animals not so much(neutering might help with this, but as of now, we’re saying no other pets). He is a wonderful dog who would make a great addition to someone’s home! If rebel sounds like a good fit for your family, please reach out!

Sniper was adopted just before Josie’s journey started, but this sweetheart went from being scared and timid(right picture) to playful and full of spunk(left pic) living his best life in South Carolina with his heeler sister! I love seeing updated pictures 🐶

*Thank you to everyone who was interested in giving Luna a home, unfortunately but fortunately her current owner decided he was going to look for a new apartment who accepted Luna, so she is no longer being surrendered*

Due to no fault of her own, Luna, an 11 week old yellow lab is looking for her forever home!

She has a few shots, but will need rabies and fixed ( A spay/neuter contract will be required at adoption) . Very friendly and playful

Kaiser needs an active family, and will need some basic obedience training.

Who loves candles?!

Josie’s journey is holding a fundraiser, and raffling this basket filled with candles and wax melts from MJ Candles By Madison!

Madison is a 4 year old little entrepreneur who makes the BEST smelling and CUTEST candles that are 100% soy and hand poured by Madison herself!

Tickets will be $5 each, and the winner will be drawn March 11th!

All proceeds will go towards the dogs we rescue, and giving other dogs a chance at life!

Unfortunately, Jinx, who is 2 years old, needs a new home. He needs to be the ONLY ANIMAL in the house. He currently is not dog friendly, but also isn’t fixed, so that could make a huge difference.
He is friendly to people and house trained. If you have any interest in jinx, please reach out and we will get you in touch with the owner!

Would do best in a house with kids 13+, does not like being climbed on, or picked at. Cats would need a meet and greet.

This sweet girl is free to a good home, and needs rehomed asap so both dogs in the house can live comfortably, as well as the family members! Please reach out if Ellie seems like a good fit for your familly! Ellie does NOT do well with cats, and should be the only dog pet in the home

Ellie is an 8 year old English bulldog who is a total sweetheart, House trained, and does well with kids. Ellie would do best in a home without other dogs, especially female dogs. Ellie was rehomed a few months ago, and was doing great, and all the sudden started going after the families other female dog. She is not aggressive what so ever, we aren’t sure if it’s a 2 female thing or what. She’s fixed and up to date on shots. I personally know this dog, and she is such a good girl! She can be a little jumpy when she is first approached, but quickly calms down.

4. Helping the next dog: Part of the adoption fee goes towards helping the next dog in need. It supports the rescue organization's ongoing efforts to rescue, rehabilitate, and find homes for more animals.

Meet penny!

Penny is a one year old red fox lab with lots of puppy energy. She would do best in a home with either an invisible/above ground fence, and an active family. She tends to jump when she is excited, so a home with kids 12+ would be best. Penny loves to play fetch and tug of war, she also knows some basic commands and is friendly to all. She is currently an outside dog, and will need some time to work with potty training.

Previous Owner rehoming due to family health issue resulting in this sweet girl not getting the attention she deserves. Crate trained good with kids and other animals. She will need to be spayed.
