I started making pet clothes due to the 2 special babies that I had resuced, they were both badly abused and beaten. Sophie Ann was the worse and she needed to be dressed as she could not maintance her own body heat form 3 years of abuse and starvation and being used as a puppy mill. I noticed that Sophie had such a strong will to fight for her life once she came into my arms that even if the vet
had strong doubts that she would live through the night let alone the massive infection and number of surgeries she was going to have to have to save her. Seeing as how she and Jade were such fighters I wanted to make them something special to wear when we went out. I noticed that Jade was helped much faster, because at the park everyone said how cute they were and Jade learned that not everyone was going to kick her, and in turn Sophie found that if her sister was okay theen it would be okay for hr too. So now when I ask who wants to go for a ride they get excited too get dressed and go! Every pets deserves to feel that special feeling of knowing that they are loved and their family cheerishes them just as much as they care for themselves.
