You know if I’m saving a cat, Bee Webster is 100% involved😂 I’ve been feeding this guy for a couple years now, but I didn’t see him almost all of last year & thought for sure he died. He came limping up my steps up a couple weeks ago & I’ve been trying to get him ever since. Today was a success & I’m so relieved we got him before the cold!
He’s headed to the vet tomorrow & Becca is taking him for me cause my cats will disown me, lol. No name yet, but he’s covered in sores, scabs, in tact, & has had a pretty severe limp since he came back. Please donate & share so I can help her cover his care needs. She was an owner surrender who I suspect may have also been a baby of one of our previous mama dogs, Bitsy. Candy is a friendly girl that loves meeting other dogs! She prefers a playmate that is closer to her size, however she adapts well with larger dogs that can respect her space.
She is always down for a car ride & allll the pup cups😊 Candy is about 2 years old, spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative & ready to love! She has adapted well to crate training & her favorite place to be is on the back of the couch or on your lap.

When ball is life🎾
It’s so sad that Tex gets zero adoption interest due to the requirements of his adoptive home. He was found as a stray & never reclaimed; Same old Texas story of owner’s not reclaiming or even actively searching for their lost pet. He sat at @hchumanesociety for well over a month before we stepped in to give him a chance.
Tex needs an experienced GSD home with no small animals or cats. He does best with larger, docile female dogs that will let him enjoy his ball time in peace & be a loving companion. He is a mature boy at about 7 years old so puppies are not really his preferred playmates, however he does love children & enjoys meeting new human friends. Tex is true to the GSD breed with his protective & loyal nature. He does have some barrier reactivity, but nothing that can’t be redirected by his beloved tennis ball🙃 He loves all things involving the water & car rides are his absolute favorite!
Tex, you are so loved & we promise you forever, no matter what that looks like❤️

Looks like we aren’t the only ones that are extra thankful for all of the donations we’ve received for our special girl🙏🏼 The outpour of support continues to leave us speechless. We aren’t a big name rescue & we don’t receive a ton of donations, meaning our intakes are backed solely by our own personal funding when we need to compensate for what we don’t fundraise. This little girl touched our hearts & those that know us, knew she would do just that when sending her our way. She has a vet appointment on Thursday to further assess her spinal injury & we will have a better prognosis & fundraising goal from there.

Urgent funds needed to help this baby!
Nobody has stepped up, so here we are with yet another overbred Frenchie. Said to have taken a spill down some stairs & possible broken legs, but this seems more spinal to me. She is a lot more mobile than I was expecting & I‘ve sent this video to our vet as well for her opinion until we can get her seen.
She will be under The ARRC’s care while we get her all taken care of. She is not needing a foster or adopter at this time, until she can be fully evaluated.
Facebook donations have been taking weeks to disburse so we are doing it this way to ensure we can get her squared away in a timely manner without funding being an issue.

Another ridiculously overlooked black dog. How sad that Fern has hit her one year mark with zero adoption interest. She came to us emaciated, starving, & covered in scabies. She was never taught proper social skills & being attacked by another dog didn’t make it any easier for her to be comfortable coexisting around other dogs. She would do best in a home as an only dog or with a calm, male that can provide her with the gentle companionship she needs, while respecting her space. Fern is house trained, crate trained, & wants nothing more than to be at your feet or on the couch next to you. She’s great in the car & rarely barks! For those that remember Alyvia, a similar case, it took 2 years before she found her person & we couldn’t have asked for a better life for her; Fern’s time will come too & until then, this is where you’ll find us in the mean time🖤

Nathan & Ada had a meet & greet to see if either of them would be a match for handsome potential Basset brother, Meatball. Meatball & his mama ended up falling in love with both of them, so these two littles stayed for a trial adoption & have been having the time of their lives!

These poor dogs have been roaming for months - Animal control has made many attempts to secure them, with no success. The neighborhood is feeding them, but they can’t live like this. The little black one looks pregnant, brown boy is in tact😔 I thought the brown one was hit last week, so I was happy to see them this morning. Unfortunately, they were sleeping in the street💔
