WE'LL SPIN THE WHEEL AT 11:15 WEDNESDAY!! (TOMORROW!)

What a great success...you guys are amazing! All 75 spots are claimed in record time so we'll have the drawing tomorrow at 11:15 am instead of waiting till the 4'th. We'll post the video of the spinning wheel landing on the lucky number in real time. (If us old ladies can make the tech work right.) We are so grateful for all of your support. Good luck to all!

The colorful and happy "doggies in the garden" theme even continues on the backing as the quilting is in the shape of dog bones! This is most definitely not your average quilt! CHIVALRY IS ALIVE AND WELL!
One of our volunteers had a flat tire on her way to deliver goodies to Barnyard Sanctuary. She was on a desolate stretch of Hwy 37 and help seemed far away. Enter our new favorite hero, Deputy Nichols with the San Patricio County Sheriff's Department. He stopped to help, put her at ease, and settled in to change her tire. Much respect and thanks to you Deputy! Good folks like you make our community strong.

WE NEED YOUR RECOMMENDATION!

For a long time, our tmobile service has really been hit or miss. But now, it's almost always a MISS! We're lucky to have 1 bar these days. It's unsafe, frustrating, and way out here alone, it's dangerous. If you live in Sandia, OG, or the 78383 area, what mobile phone service do you have and are you happy with it? We've got to do something. Let us know in the comments!

LUCKY NUMBER 53!!! Congratulation and thank you all for your support.

LURCH LOVES LOWE'S MARKET! Our big boy, Lurch, has a healthy appetite and his very favorite foods are fresh veggies and the occasional fruit. As you know, fresh healthy produce is pricey and so we are ever so grateful when our Orange Grove Lowe's donates a big box or two for Lurch. Even the bunnies and chinchilla get special treats on "Lowe's Days!"

????HAPPY NEW YEAR???? WE ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT HAPPY! This video was shot from the Barnyard Sanctuary's front pasture. The fireworks were launched from the middle of fm 70. Literally on the yellow line in the middle of the road. They have flashlights to stop traffic! The animals are terrified. Is this fun? Is it fair? Is it acceptable? (I apologize for my 1 word comment towards the end of the video. Don't know how to edit.)
