We just want to say a huge thank you to everybody that has supported us by sharing, liking and purchasing 💙🐾

It isn’t the end for us, as most know we did a give away and donated remainder of our stock to Maxi’s mates😌 so we have officially SOLD OUT of everything but!!!!!…. This isn’t the end, we are still here… We are just changing somethings! We will upload a post as soon as our new stock/venture is here. It will still be dog based.

Ronnie is settling in absolutely perfect and has definitely took a warming to both dogs but especially Reggie🥹 (think I named them well😂)

I can now happily say Maxi's Mates Rescue & Rehoming Centre has recieved all our bugalugs range, accessories, toys & treats & food.

What an incredible team they all are and ever so grateful. Unfortunately I couldn’t take them to donate personally so John stepped up and took them for me! We will be returning to meet all the beautiful pooches & hopefully to donate more😌

🍀🐶 FUNDS FOR VET TREATMENT 🐶🍀
We are struggling at the moment to meet the costs of vet treatment for the dogs in our care.

The more dogs we have in the bigger the strain on our monthly costs and finding funds for vet treatment is very hard. We have received estimates for two operations but anticipate we will need to raise around 1.5 k with the others added.

Titan the Shar Pei needs surgery on his eyes, he has eyelashes are growing into them which is very painful. He also has terrible ear infections and skin infections.

We have Dash a lurcher pup who came with a dislocated hip. He was a stray and the vets advised that an operation is needed either to repair the dislocated hip or remove it.

Bailey the Gsd we have needs an op to remove a lump found on his testicle, hopefully it’s harmless but it’s worrying he has developed a few other lump in different places as well so it’s very much fingers crossed for him.

A lab that came in with a hairline fracture of her leg was the worse case we have ever seen in kennels with being so shut down she didn’t move, wouldn’t eat and just laid there and wet herself in her bed. It’s not known that she needs anything at this point surgery wise she’s still been treated for infections and she’s still very much mentally shut down. But luckily for her she’s being adopted and is in a home where she’s receiving the very best care and reassurance. Once she’s in a position to be taken to the vets we will know if she needs any surgery or treatment on her leg.

This seems to be never ending and I know we ask for help often but we really need your support to continue to provide for these dogs. They only have us and our supporters to rely on whilst they don’t have their own owners.

Please if anyone can spare anything it will help enormously to make sure all these dogs get the treatment they need to bring them back to full health / ease their pain.

Fun dog show to raise money for Maxi’s Mates is on Sunday 11/8/24. Judging starts from 11 am and registration from 10am.

Lots of entertainment on for all the family.

We did home made birthday cake last year. This year well done steak for the pair of them 💛🐾

I thought I would take advantage of having the hairiest out of the two dogs in the bath. I’m using my hands to lather Reggie to show you the lather you get from the Bugalugs shampoo(we use baby fresh it smells AMAZING) This is two pumps on such a hairy doggo! (We leave his face until he’s about coming out the bath as he isn’t all that keen of water on his face) . . . I always shampoo twice, just to get the dead skin, hair out properly. Our first lather is always done by the dog shampoo brush as this helps massage the skin and helps get rid of the loose hairs and dirt (one pump with water in the brush) & the second lather is always done by hand . . . I honestly have never found a shampoo that competes with this one! I always find you could physically use a full bottle of shampoo for a slight lather where this one, 500ml bottle lasts us well over a year for £8.49! 💛🐾 . . . I am adding a customer’s video in the comments of the shampoo brush being used on a very muddy Nova (Bugalugs shampoo wasn’t used on Nova) ☺️

Just getting the doggies all knot free before their bath and I thought I’d show you all how amazing the grooming brush is! Reggie suffers with mats despite how many times a day I brush him. This brush has got rid of them all without me having to try tease them with the comb and it’s easy clean!!!
