Welcome packs have been sent out via email to everyone who has booked a stall, tickets or registered a dog info champs camp.
Please do not register your dog into the show until you have received your UKBKC registration number. You will receive your registration numbers later on today.
Vehicle passes will be issued upon arrival if you are entitled to one.
We have 2 post codes on the welcome pack one to the event car park one to the venue.
All stalls and people who have booked glamping pod and camping tickets are entitled to vehicle passes.

Saturday 12am midnight will be the last opportunity to register into the UKBKC to be able to compete at Champs Camp!!
You will receive you registration number before Monday lunch time!
Champs Camp show registration closes 12am midnight on the Tuesday 27th.

The introductory handlers accreditation is your first stepping stone to become an apprentice judge for the UKBKC.

Make sure when you are registering for the show you have put in your correct UKBKC registration number you will receive this on your dogs paperwork or via email if you have been a last minute Larry.
For anyone that has put in wrong numbers this may void your registration to compete on the day of the show.

Another addition to the UKBKC is the handlers accreditation, our first workshop will be hosted on the 18th June the day before the next show. It will be run by Ivan Mcclean, there is a lot of interest in this course and only a limited number of spaces, 30 to be exact. This course will give you the knowledge on the fundamentals of handling your dog in a show ring environment. You will get 1-2-1 time with Ivan who will give you a full critique of your dog and lots of tips and knowledge. For more information please contact us!
Champs Camp 2022
Finally we are super excited to an announce our final show of 2022 ‘Champs Camp.’
30th September - 2nd October
This will be a 3 day event offering a variety of things to do over a jam packed weekend!
We will have seminars from the Southend Trainers and the health guru Jolene Dodd.
We will have 3 Conformation shows for the 10 most popular breeds from the June show.
Special Guest Judge Ron Ramos will be flying from America to join us for this epic weekend of Canine Competition!
There will be more weight-pulling, obedience and we will be introducing the agility workshop to let everyone get a taste of this super fun competition. We will release full details about this in the coming weeks.

We have also partnered up with Barking Mad Bull Breed Rescue a charity that assists in raising funds to help support rescue centres across the UK. All funds that they raise help to sponsor bull breeds in shelters and they also raise awareness for dogs that hope to be adopted. It is a fantastic cause and we want to help make a difference to the dogs that are unfortunately in shelters in the UK.

Also we have had lots of people getting In touch asking for recommendations for good breeders in the UK. So on the UKBKC website, we will be offering a marketplace to advertise your Kennels’s.
You will need to be a licensed breeder and once you have submitted your form we will send over a bio template for you to fill in.
Moving on from that we are happy to announce that we are in partnership with “My Licensed Breeder” a superb company that will assist you to obtain a breeding licence. They have all the answers to any questions you may have before applying for your license and they run groups or 1-2-1 courses that will give you everything you need to know and help you with the whole process.

We have had lots of interest from people who have for what ever reasons not got paperwork for their dogs, and for those people we have opened the Competitors Club. This will give you access to take part in the weightpulling, obedience, agility and we will be hosting a conformation type class which gives you the opportunity to get your dog in the ring. With this class you will be judged on a variety of things including handling skills, control of the dog, ring etiquette and the overall presentation that you bring.
To apply for the competitors club fill out the competitors club registration form online.
You will NOT have any breeding rights or be able to register litters with the Competitors Club card. It is strictly for taking part in certain competitions.
We are currently working on a 4 week turnaround for both registration applications.
