Timmy is an adorable 7 month old puppy looking for his forever home. He would be perfect for an active person who wants an older puppy who’s already had a head start on training. He’s crate and potty trained and for a puppy walks great on leash! He’s friendly, loves other dogs and is great with kids. He’d the type of dog that will make you laugh every single day. Then look no further and adopt Pumbaa!

Pumbaa is a warthog 😜(spaniel mix) around 4 years old. He had a rough start to life living only in a yard and never being allowed in the home or receiving love and affection. Now that’s he with us that’s all he wants.

He’s a bit shy at first but warms up pretty quickly and once he does he’s gentle and goofy and loving.

Pumbaa is great with other dogs and older kids.

FOSTER or ADOPTER needed for Rico Suave! 😍
I mean… swoon, ladies (and gents)! This handsome stud muffin is READY for his close-up and a home of his own. I mean look at those adorable little teefers?! 😍😍😍

Rico was rescued from Mexico and treated for TVT — he’s now fully healed, cleared, and ready to go!

Rico is potty trained, crate trained and walks well on a leash. He’s got a lot of energy and does get a bit overexcited when he sees other dogs on leash.
Sometimes he comes on strong with his playfulness so dogs who don’t mind that are best for him. He’s very loving and would love to take strolls on the beach or be your best hiking buddy.

Meet our newest..Ludmilla
She’s a big mess. In terrible condition.
She got here last night so we don’t have any other photos of her yet. Her nose was bleeding when she got here which is a pretty good indication that she’s got severe erlichia.(and anaplasma). Tick diseases like this wreak havoc on everything in the body and thin the blood. When it gets really bad they can get bloody noses because the blood gets so thin. Something is very wrong with her eyes too- and just about everything else.
She’s eating though! And we spied her tail wagging a few times.
She’s headed to the vet tomorrow and we will know a lot more then will update you.
We are obsessed with her already.

❤️✨ Welcome Home Wednesday ✨❤️

Today for , we are spotlighting Doug & Dash 🐾

If you don’t remember their story, these two were abandoned in the desert, miles from the nearest town. Without the help of their ending could have been very different. Thanks to their loving foster family, Dough and Dash were given the chance to heal, feel safe, and learn to trust again.

✨ Dash found his forever home with where he now has a brother, Auggie, who has quickly become his best friend. Dash loves slow morning walks, stopping to smell every flower 🌼 along the way. He’s a bit of a shoe thief and thinks the remote control is a dog bone - but he’s a happy, curious and very loved pup.

✨ Doug (now Elliot) also found his forever home with and family. Elliot now has two fur sisters 🐶🐱 whom he adores, is fascinated by squirrels, and is described by his family as the most gentle dog they’ve ever met. A total love bug.

Nothing warms our hearts more than a happy ending like this. Our wish is that every dog could experience this outcome. While we know that isn’t always the case, it’s because of you - your support, donations, comments, likes, shares, fostering, and willingness to adopt a rescue pup in need - that endings like these are possible!

We’re drowning in puppies over here and are finally ready to introduce everyone to our Poodle Luna’s litter. They are poodle/terrier mixes, 8 weeks, have their first round of vaccines and microchips. They will likely be less than 30 lbs full grown, but we can’t guarantee anything. We have:

Tiny Tim (m) bottom right
Snowball (f) top right
Angel (f) top left

Foxy is ready for a foster!

It’s been about two weeks since we took in Foxy and two of the other dogs she was found with. Foxy and Rowdy have been staying at our founder’s home in San Diego, while Rollie has been working with our incredible trainer,

It’s become clear that none of these dogs have had much positive interaction with humans. Foxy is still fearful—especially around men, but she will warm up if you give her time and space. We had quite a few applications from people out of state, but we think what’s best for her right now is to find a foster or adopter near Los Angeles or San Diego where they can work with her under the guidance of our trainer.

She’s a very sweet, loving dog, but she will need time to decompress in a new home. She needs a family who understands that and is willing to give her the guidance and boundaries that she needs. Another confident dog in the home will also be really great for her. If you’d like to foster or adopt Foxy please fill out an application. If you’re in SoCal and have already have an application on file and think you’d be a good fit, just shoot us an e-mail.

All Oreo really wants is his very own forever family for Christmas! 🎄 He even made a very special trip to visit Santa 🎅 to ask for one.

Oreo is really just the bestest boy and would make any family so happy to have him….

•2 years old, around 40 lbs and the sweetest, most loving boy ever!
•Potty & crate trained, great house manners
•Loves all people and kids
•Obsessed with belly rubs & cuddles
•Enjoys walks, hikes, and sofa snuggles
•Best with slow introductions to other dogs he gets a bit excited and is nervous at first
