‼️Please help Playa this ‼️
Playa urgently needs to see a specialist! She was found in Tijuana nursing puppies while eating trash, and covered in mange with lumps all over her body and face. We rushed her to our closest vet where they found about 20 BB GUN BULLETS IN HER FACE. Our vet did their best to remove them but they were only able to get a few out. We were told that she should be fine with out removing the rest because they weren’t causing any harm but now her body is rejecting them. She has multiple open wounds on her face and we need to get her into a surgeon to remove them ASAP.

PLEASE!!! help us raise funds to get her into the vet to get surgery. She will also need a dedicated foster who can nurse her back to health and help her understand not all people are horrible like the scum who did this to her.

How it started ➡️How it’s going. Sport is one of our backyard breeder Goldens who has been crashing in a foster home and is officially ready for his forever home. We’ve only received two adult males from the backyard breeder and Sport was definitely used as a “stud”. This guy came to us extremely insecure and unsure of pretty much everything. He’s since had a LOT of socialization and is a foster mom to teach him how to dog. We think Sport is likely around 5 years old. He would prefer to be the only dog in the home but does get along with most dogs. If you’re interested in Sport please fill out an adoption application on our website.

Hughie is STILL Available! Are you looking for the most perfect, goodest boy? Then look no further and ADOPT Hughie! Hughie is roughly around 2 years old and he’s already potty trained and crate trained. He’s a little timid at first especially around men but he warms up quickly. He gets along great with dogs, kids and even seems to be ok with cats. He likes to go for walks, play with his foster siblings and snuggle up with his foster parents. Meet Sabrina!! 🤩

Just a few days ago, this sweet pup had no name and no idea what it meant to play, to enjoy head scratches, to sleep soundly in a safe space…she didn’t even know when her next meal would come. That all changed when she was rescued from a life of uncertainty by some good samaritans that were willing to temporarily take her in.

Sabrina needs a loving foster home to prevent her from going to a shelter where she could face challenges similar to the ones she just escaped! This energetic girl, weighing in at about 36 pounds, is bursting with personality! 🌟 She loves playtime and would thrive on regular walks - making her a perfect companion for someone with a yard or an active lifestyle. Sabrina has shown great demeanor with other dogs her size or larger and she’s already learning the basics & knows how to sit! Because she didn’t grow up in a home, Sabrina would do best and an environment with no small children or cats, at least until we understand her temperament & personality better. She’s eager for training and will quickly learn with the right guidance! 🐕 If you can open your heart and home to Sabrina, you’ll be giving her a chance to find her forever family, which she truly deserves. Let’s show Sabrina the love she’s been missing! 💖

‼️‼️LIFE SAVING TRANSPORT NEEDED!!! ‼️‼️We urgently need a transport for this sweet puppy who is euth listed at the Riverside shelter. She has a pr*****ed a**s and could be killed at any time. Our vet partner in Studio City has graciously offered to see her TODAY but we need to get her there ASAP as prolapses are very time sensitive. 🐶CUTE PUPPY ALERT!🐶

Meet Pepo and Butternut! The two sweetest little mutts (and they are true mutts!) in all the land. 😍

Their foster says that Pepo loves to lounge in the sun and is very cuddly. Butternut has the sweetest little teddy bear face and loves to play. They’re both adventurous boys, but also love a lazy afternoon!

‼️ URGENT Foster Needed ‼️

Someone reached out informing us of this dog’s dire situation. He’s roaming around South LA/Watts area. We have someone on standby that is willing to attempt to safely catch him but we need a place for him to go. We don’t know much other than that he’s clearly malnourished and in need of medical attention and A LOT of love.

Ideally, we would be looking to put him in a home with no other pets or young children until we can learn more about his behavior and temperament. If you have space to let this poor sweet pup decompress, you would literally be saving his life and giving him a fighting chance. Previous foster or dog ownership experience preferred!

Brandy is still available for ADOPTION!!
Brandy is the epitome of a loving dog. While she may be a little shy at first when meeting new people, once she’s settled in, she’ll quickly show her true, affectionate self. She takes a little extra time to feel comfortable around men. Brandy loves being around her family and is always polite. Brandy does have some separation anxiety but has been working diligently with one of our amazing trainers and comes with assistance from said trainers if needed. We believe Brandy would do best in a home with another chill dog like her. She’s very easy going and having another easy going friend really seems to help with her anxiety. Are you looking for the cutest, most adorable, but very ACTIVE puppy? Then look no further and adopt Monkey! Monkey is around 3 months old and one of the dogs we’ve pulled from the LA shelters to help make room for incoming dogs affected by the fires. She’s super snuggly and very sweet. Miss Nala is back and available for adoption! Surprisingly, she’s a golden retriever mix (even though you’d never guess by looking at her) and is around 40 pounds. She’s around a year and a half old and is a 10/10 as far as older puppies go. She’s house broken and crate trained- she actually LOVES her crate. She’s great with people and loves to play with other dogs. She’s got a good amount of energy so we think she would do best in a home with active humans and or a playful dog. Blue, #2177971, is an adorable blind boy at North central who needs to get out ASAP! We always prefer a foster committed to keeping until they’re adopted but it’s especially important with blind dogs. It takes them a little while to learn their way around the house so we would hate to have to move him once he’s comfortable and cozy! He’s around 5 years old, 38 pounds and very well mannered- look how well he plays with other dogs! Please, please let’s give Blue a chance, we can’t let him get euthanized Thursday!
