Once loved but unfortunately neglected, Rocky had to be completely shaved due to severe matting, but he’s bouncing back beautifully. He’s neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and fully housetrained. Rocky is a social butterfly who gets along well with other dogs and adores everyone he meets.
