This friendly little guy gets along wonderfully with other dogs and kids, making him the perfect companion for any family. Cypress is currently making great strides with crate training and shows impressive obedience for his age. He loves to play and snuggle, embodying the playful yet gentle spirit of a puppy. Weebles is a 6-month old border collie/bully mix with an absolute ✨zest✨ for life!
He got his name because as a young puppy, he would Weeble and Wobble and either jump off of or fall off of…everything. But he always got right back up and kept going.
Adopted as a young puppy, Weebles was recently returned because an energetic puppy did not fit in to their lifestyle. Weebles IS very energetic, so an active lifestyle is a must!
Weebs is house and crate trained, walks well on a leash, and loves other dogs and cats. His desire to play is VERY high and he will pester other dogs and cats to play with him. Some creatures can find this annoying and do not enjoy this kind of attention.
Weebles is a friendly guy who loves love and wants to meld into your soul. He deserves to have a family or person of his own that can appreciate his ears (I mean, LOOK AT THOSE EARS), and his zest for life. Gemma was pulled from the Saraland Animal Shelter by Save A Stray in 2018. Her love of toys led SAS on a journey to the National Disaster Search Dog Foundation. Gemma was flown from Mobile, AL to California where she entered their training program and, after graduating from training, was placed with handler Fidel Gomez in Tijuana, Mexico. Gemma and Fidel have responded to numerous disasters where they helped search for the lost and missing.

This is a darling little shrew in the yard next door. Luna found it in on our walk. She had it in her mouth and I made her drop it. It kept on going like nothing ever happened. It was about 3 to 4 inches long. Shrews, unlike moles, live above the ground. They are very beneficial in that they eat a lot of insects that destroy lawns and plants. Shrews use the mole tunnels to find grubs, earth worms, and other tasty insects.
