Delighted with our first use of Toto while we were away for 4 nights. All most efficient and kindly done. We have a newly adopted rather skittish older cat so not a very rewarding task for Mark but he was very understanding. He also cleared up her “accidents” (thank you!) and she seems fine. Perhaps she’ll be a bit friendlier next time. Mark called her a “shy girl” which was sweet of him! We will be back knowing we can use Toto with confidence.

We have been using Toto for over 10 years now and they have been consistently fantastic. When we go away we can leave our cat at home knowing she is looked after by very caring and professional people. We especially love the regular updates and photos they send. I would not leave my cat to anyone else but Toto!
