I’ll ride out with you, encourage from the ground, walk beside you or ride your horse for you as long as we get you back where you want to be! I am not a trained psychologist and nothing I do will ever replace professional help, but I do understand first hand, and can help you gain your confidence back and be on hand whenever you're anxious!

Offering a calm hand to anxious riders! I understand anxiety and it is a part of me. I don’t use the term “suffer with it” because I don’t believe that is helpful! Anxiety is a part of us, it’s in our genetic makeup, but we can learn to live through it and thrive. Spoiler alert, we don’t “beat” anxiety, we learn to rewire our brains around it!

I am not a trained psychologist and nothing I do will ever replace professional help, but I can help you gain your confidence back and be on hand whenever you're anxious. Whether you’re anxious to get on, nervous about hacking out or lost your confidence over fences, I can help you “keep calm and carry on!”.

At barely 5ft 3 and weighing under 8 stone, I can also offer help with any size pony!
