Business update:
After 16 1/2 years I have had to make the difficult decision to close my van door for the final time. It has been quite a couple of years and my health has taken a knock so despite wanting to push through I have to stop now before I'm forced to.
To the many lovely clients and their fabulous furbabes I've had the pleasure to meet and groom, I can only say thank you for the privilege. So many lovely conversations, so many furry hugs and kisses.
I will miss you all.

Due to demand I've added extra hours to my schedule so now have bookings available Tuesday to Friday for dogs 15kgs and under at my grooming space in Clifton Springs.

This year marks 15+ years as a dog groomer. So many memories, so many friendships. My heart has been touched by every client and I've been so blessed by the people I've met and the doggos I've had the opportunity to groom. I know Steve thoroughly enjoyed each and every client and their dog he groomed. He certainly enjoyed the many cuppas, biscuits and sandwiches he was spoiled with! We were so very sad to say goodbye to Steve when he passed on last year and know he is happily reunited with all the dogs he loved in Glory.
I'm so grateful I've had this experience but life moves on and I must move with it. I will continue at this stage to groom part time from home. God is calling me to move in to other areas so I'll be continuing study and working to assist people and dogs to live their best lives.

2021 is almost a wrap, looking forward to all that 2022 has to offer! Grateful for the lovely dogs and people I meet every day ❤

What a year we've had! Lots of challenges and lots of blessings 😄
I'm disappointed to have had to end the year by cancelling my last week of work due to a cold that meant a Covid test. The pups and I are napping as I wait on results.
I'm so grateful for my understanding clients! I have some chronic health issues that occasionally mean I have to reschedule bookings at short notice and sometimes the wait is several weeks, but my clients are patient and caring about my situation which I very much appreciate.
I wish you all health and happiness over this wonderful season. May hope, joy and peace be yours even if the weather isn't great 🌦, the turkey is dry🍗 or the rellies aren't getting along 😟. Nothing went perfectly at the first Christmas but that changed the world! 🎉

Seeing your pet through their aged years with informed and considerate care ❤

This girl.
My heart.

We were first asked to provide end of pet life guidance to Millie in 2017, thinking she was getting old and facing challenges.

Look at her go!

Yes she is frail. Yes she can be wobbly. Yes her weight has dropped. Yes she sleeps a lot.
But they do not suffer when they sleep.

She knows where she is.
She eats, drinks, wees and poos.
She wags her tail. A lot.

Mentally Millie is totally on the ball.
She loves her daily sniffs.
She gets herself outside to do her business and she sleeps well at night.

She’s here. Today. Living an enriched and mindful life.

She is on a medication and management plan to ensure she is pain free, physically and mentally.

Her progress is a credit to her human who has committed and adjusted to Millie’s changing needs.

Her day will come.
But it’s not today.
And we are holding hearts, hands and paws every step of the way.

We love you Millie. ###
