We currently have 3 stalls available 2 in the main barn with attached indoor ring and 2 in middle barn with a larger tack room.
$625 Month or discount is offer for advance payments of up to a full year.
This price is permanent and does not change for the duration of your stay with us. We accept many forms of payment which includes cash, check, Venmo and Crypto currency.
PROPERTY:
Located on 43 acres on a dead end dirt road on top of the highest point in town with lots of privacy, amazing sunsets, open and spacious. Apple and Pear trees are on the property too. A horse's paradise for horse and rider!
MAIN BARN:
8 matted stalls 12ft by 11 ft barn connected to an 100ft by 60ft indoor ring with LED natural lighting and heated tack room.
MIDDLE BARN:
9 skin stall matted 11ft by 10.5 ft barn with an attached grain room, wash stall, heated tack room and plenty of storage options
SMALL BARN:
3 large stalls 12ft by 14ft with one 13ft by 14 ft exterior stall, and indoor heated bathroom and tack room (completed by Fall of 2021)
SAFETY FEATURES:
Located on a dead end road (very little vehicle and foot traffic) with a quarter mile dirt road beyond the pavement. Lots of 24 hour security cameras, silent alarm motion sensors throughout the property and at all entrances that alerts owners of any unusual activity on the property 24 hours a day even when off property. The security cameras have real time recordings for up to 2 months.
OUTDOOR RING:
68ft by 165ft partially fenced riding ring with sand/stone dust mix and bright natural lighting in the evening hours.
JUMPING FIELDS:
Huge open fields with many varieties of jumps and obstacles.
AMAZING TRAILS:
Go on a 15 minute hack around the edge of the farm after a workout or spend a day exploring! The trails are cleared, maintained, mapped out and well marked with options to jump obstacles and different levels of riding. There is access to the Gas and Power line trails with miles of trails beyond, some of the areas of trails have ponds, streams and old cemetery. Access to 2 Ponds, even options for a swim and over 600 acres access from adjacent land properties on RT 87.
FULL BOARD INCLUDES:
~We provide Nutrena Safe Choice and Blue Seal grains but you’re welcome to provide your own grain at a discount off the board.
~Sawmill shavings is provided with options for Pine Pellets (owner provides)
~ Each Barn has Heated Tack Rooms.
~ Extra Storage options available on the property.
~ Free Trailer parking on property.
~All stalls are cleaned daily.
~All day or half day turnout in multiple paddocks that are mostly grass, one shaded paddock and two dry paddocks. Turned out time averages 11-16 hours most days, depending on weather on large abundant space in each paddock for your horse. Night time turnout offered with night time security cameras activated. Individual turnout or in small groups of 2-4 horses are available based on temperament assessment.
~Hay local high quality 1st and 2nd cut depending on your horse’s diet. We offered clean to the core professionally treated, seeded and tightly wrapped 450 lbs round bales in most paddocks during the day (seasonal) and square bales provided in stalls at night with an option for hay nets when provided by horse owner.
~Fresh water offered at all times in paddocks, water troughs are dumped and cleaned weekly and buckets are dumped daily in stalls.
~ Outdoor lighting throughout property with motion sensors and on from dusk to dawn.
~Owners live on property providing 24 hour care.
~Ponies are welcome too and board rate can be modified based on size and feeding amounts. Retirees welcome, can provide some special services such as hay and grain soaking if needed and hand walking.
TRAINERS:
There are no live-in trainers on the property however boarders and leasers are welcome to bring freelance trainers on the property with a sign waver and references. We do currently have 3 freelance trainers that come on the property to train in 3 different disciplines. (Western, Hunter and Eventing) You’re welcome to setup lessons with them or bring your own trainer.
GOALS:
Our goal is to have a drama free fun environment for everyone, your horse will receive top personalized care. We don’t charge extra for blanketing or dispensing medication or wormers that is provided by the owner. We are hoping to setup fun events in the future but under the state’s COVID restrictions and guidelines.
