Our retail assistant, Stella will be staying on our team to help manage grooming appointments(and all the paperwork) remotely. As a reminder, you can continue to book grooming appointments on our site, or via email.

As for what’s next for Stella: Stella is going to continue to help Petwell Supply remotely and pursue pet-related job opportunities and use her skills from Petwell Supply to do so!

We’re sad we only have a few more days to see you. We hope you’ll stop by before April 16th to take advantage of everything being 20% off!

It’s our last week open on HIghland Ave! We hope you’ll stop by to take advantage of 20% off all products in the store, to say goodbye to our team, and to take advantage of walk-in nail trims before we’re gone.

As for what’s next for Rosie: As you’re probably aware, Rosie will continue to groom as a Petwell Supply employee, at a rented table at DogWood Cottage in Melrose. You can continue to book the same services online, at Petwell Supply, or email us at [email protected] to help find a slot perfect for your needs.

The goal with this move is to set Rosie up with her own business in the near future. We’re hoping that once she gets settled and has everything in order that she will take over all aspects of her own business and flourish in Melrose.

Sawyer's being such a good bath buddy!

In our stress-free salon, our groomer, Rosie, gives dogs nice comfortable baths! She has a variety of shampoos and conditioners, and hypoallergenic options are always available! Dogs are free to move in our bathing area, and can easily relax.

We offer baths as part of our full groom, but they are also available as a standalone service! And any add-ons, like de-shedding, nail trim, a**l glands, and face trims, can be added along with it!

Rosie is back from her vacation, and we’re all excited to see her! While she is fully booked this week, it’s a great to come in if your dog needs a nail trim or any other walk-in services!

Walk-in nail trims are our most well known service, but you can come in to get other services for your dog like, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, a**l glands, and face touch ups.

Ready to be beautified, Alli?

We offer baths at our store, courtesy of our groomer, Rosie! We keep our salon as stress-free as possible, and baths are no exception! The purple loop keeps the dog in the tub, like Alli here, and prevents dogs from jumping out of the tub and hurting themselves. But dogs still have room to move around, and never feel trapped in the tub!

Our groomer uses natural shampoos that won't harm any dogs, and we have hypoallergenic options as well!

Not sure what size your dog would be? We are always happy to help customers try on harnesses and jackets to find the perfect size, or you can always measure the largest part of your dog’s rib cage at home to find the perfect fit! Ollie is doing so well for his manicure! What a pro!

Nail trims are the most popular service we provide at Petwell Supply, and are included in all full grooms, and can be added to any bath service. We also regularly have dogs stop in for “walk-in” nail trims (although it’s always best to call ahead to make sure Rosie is in the store!). Rosie always makes sure the dogs are as comfortable as possible while getting their manicures! With your dog securely tethered, She is able to move around the table to find the best angle for her and for our furry friends to make the process quick and painless!

After a nail trim, if the dog is willing, Rosie softens the sharp edges of the nails with a nail grinder for a smooth finish.

Pluto loves getting brushed!

In order to get beautiful coats ready for a haircut, it’s imperative to brush and floof the coat before using shears or clippers. For dogs who don’t get haircuts but still have long hair, brushing is an important part of the deshedding process, and helps redistribute natural oils along your dog's coat.

In case you don’t make it through all the slides, the main logistical and operational points you don’t want to miss are:
✅Business will be operating as usual from now through April 16th
✅March 14th is the last day to place any special food orders (as we will stop getting distributor orders after next week)
✅ We have rented a table at a nearby doggy daycare for Rosie so she can continue grooming all of our wonderful clients (more details on this to follow)

We’ll continue to keep you updated and answer all of your questions soon, but didn’t want to sit on this announcement any longer than we had to! Thank you all for your support over the last 4 years, and especially today. 💓

Leo loves Rosie!

Before each grooming appointment, Rosie takes time to interact with your dog to make them comfortable, as well as speak with pet parents about the goals for the appointment. This time is a great opportunity to go over any specific conerns you have, and is also a great time for Rosie to address any challenges she sees with any matting or skin issues.

This is a great time to not only talk about any specific hair cut requests, but also a time to discuss any add-ons like teeth brushing or a**l glands.
